After accidentally scratching the side of my brother-in-law’s truck, I did a walk in at Auto Craft. The level of professionalism and genuine kindness that the staff have over here is off the charts. This woman owned shop is proof that whatever men can do women can do better.
From the moment I arrived with a messed up Escalade that got side swiped terribly, to the moment I picked up my “ mirror shining black escalade”. I felt like family. Multi generational , family owned, military honoring family due to their fathers also serving. State Farm certified with a lifetime warranty. They kept in touch despite my duty traveling schedule . They cared and gave such honor and reverence to us still serving. The Patriotism. The genuine welcome from Carrie, her mom telling me to be careful on my duties and to have a quick and safe return and Miguel making sure every detail was addressed on my brand new looking car. True ambassadors of customer service. My soul felt their authenticity. A huge Salute. I feel like they are family. Impeccable process.
Hands down my favorite shop I've ever used. The works done right and sometimes that means dealing with dealerships and what we in the trade know as galactic back order(i.e a part with no availability and no estimate for arrival for delivery) this lady looks for every way to make your car right within reason in regards to the loss. Highly experienced and very nice folks. I'll be bringing my trans am here to be painted soon and I'll update with before and after !
Very pleased with the work that was done. Did not have my vechicle for long. Always updated me on how the repairs were going. Customer service was great.
Recently brought my car here. The insurance I went through was a nightmare. Took 2months to get my car. Literally a month later my bumper is falling off. I kept calling to pay out of pocket to even get it fixed but I’m being ignored at this point.
My baby is beautiful! Auto Craft did a fabulous job! I was t-boned in a parking lot, driver door crushed. They don’t make my car anymore and I was worried that it wouldn’t be possible to fix. Not so! Auto Craft was fast and they do amazing work! My car looks brand new! The paint is perfect! I’m so happy with them! Everyone there is awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely went the extra mile! I would highly recommend them for any collision work you need! I honestly can’t say enough about Auto Craft! I would give them 10 stars!
They did a great job on my car. You definitely could not tell that it had even been in an accident. Staff were all pleasant! I will be back if the need ever arises.
My car was damaged when a large tree limb damaged it in multiple places during the Ida hurricane. I interviewed several State Farm authorized auto damage centers to decide which one would get my business. I spoke with Brandon during a phone conversation and was quite impressed with his honesty in the timeline to get the parts needed and when the repairs would be completed. When I met him in person at this location, we reviewed the estimate together and he reiterated that there was no reason to let my car sit in his shop while he waited for the parts to repair it. I totally agreed with this assessment as my car was still drivable. The car looks brand new! I would highly recommend this repair shop for their honesty and quality of the work by their highly skilled technicians. They have been in business 44 years so you know they understand their customers. They have an impressive team.
