Mr. Allan provided prompt service and fair prices when we came in off I-295 on the brink of breakdown. We were so very fortunate to wind up at his garage because he is very friendly and professional in a moment that could have been super stressful for a family of 5 with 3 small children. Mr. Allan gave us a good price for parts and labor and estimated the time it would take accurately. We really are very grateful that he fit us in with the other appointments they had going on and had us back on the road later that day. Thank you we highly recommend this mechanic shop all staff were friendly and super helpful when we needed it most. Great mechanics. Great service.

The side of my car looked like wolverine took his claw and went to town on car. This body shop in one day turn around made my car look brand new like nothing ever happened! I highly recommend this body shop!
This has been my worst car repair experience to date! The owner "Allen Kwon" had my car for over 3 weeks for the "check engine" light. He initially claimed it would take 2 days to repair but 2 weeks later it was still sitting in his shop. I had to rent a car for 2+ weeks while waiting on him to finish my car. Just when he claimed it was working properly, I’d get back on the road and the check engine light would come on yet again!! Because I was in the middle of purchasing a new home I told him I could no longer afford to rent a car so he offered to let me drive his car until he was finished. As you can imagine, a mechanic's work car is oily/dirty/funky but I had no choice but to drive it because I was desperate. When he finally finished the engine work on my car he told me my engine was good to go and that he even gave me a "free" tune-up. Yeah, right! Two months later the "check engine" light is back on. I was going to go back to him this weekend to figure out what the problem is but after some very unpleasant text messages I've decided to just take my car somewhere else. He was very unprofessional and angry so I’d be a fool to take my car back to him – he cannot be trusted at this point!! I have all of my paperwork for the work he claimed to have done so I plan to go to a Mercedes-Benz mechanic for a second opinion. If they tell me he did not do what he claims to have done and doesn't reimburse me for the new repairs, I will be taking him to Small Claims Court. If this review can help but one person my job is done. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place if you have a Mercedes Benz that need engine work. The owner claims to know Mercedes-Benz cars but apparently does not have the expertise to repair them nor the professionalism to work with unsatisfied customers.
I love this shop. The owner Allen Kwon is very pleasant and patient. They've been repairing, painting and doing minor work on my vehicles for several years. I would recommend this shop to anyone. You'll be very happy with their service????
Al is the absolute best! He always kept my beloved clunkers running for a fair price and he really knows what he’s doing. I almost wish I still owned a car just so I could still go there.
Alan is great. Very professional, timely and reasonably priced. He has never tried to get over on me like most mechanics do. In fact in some instances he hasn't even charged for certain services.
