Exceptional customer service - just moved to Canton from Denver and needed tires adjusted along with plates replaced. Took care of my family in a timely and professional manner. We will go back for any related auto maintenance and tire replacement/ repairs. Highly recommended!
The first time I went there they fixed my water pump and timing chain. It was an ok experience and the shop is close to my house. The guy who comes in to help out is very rude, not helpful and all about the money. They told me they changed my oil but a month later my change oil light came on so I went to get an oil change and was informed that I needed a new belt. I called the auto center and the owner quoted me a price of $125 and scheduled me an appointment. I go in for my appointment and the rude guy who is usually there filling in told me he doesn’t know why I was quoted that price when it would be $275. My name and the price I was quoted was written down in their calendar and I saw it with my own eyes. Frustrated I went to another shop where they were very helpful. The mechanic didn’t understand how they replaced the water pump and didn’t replace the clearly very damaged belt which is right next to the water pump and they had to take the belt off to get to the water pump. So either they knew I would need to come back to get it fixed so they could charge me for labor again or they put the belt on wrong and that’s how it got damaged. Do not waste your money at this place. They just want to make money and they will leave your car a mess with oil stains inside just like some of the other reviews stated. They are not honest people and want to get over on you.
I have been coming to this place for a couple years now because they ALWAYS have a Groupon for an oil change and they always have me in and out in 30-45 tops. I brought my car in for my routine oil change knowing my brakes needed to be changed. After my usual time went passed I wasn’t sure what was going on but Ken came out and basically let me know that they were changing my brakes in the spirit of Christmas. I had both my kids with me and was soooo stressed thinking of how I was going to take care of this. I cried! I come to this place alllll the time and have never had a bad experience but this tops every auto center I’ve ever been to! I ABSOLUTELY recommended this shop for any oil change, repair, or consultation! Such an amazing guy (Ken) and the mechanics are awesome too! Definitely come here!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I always get an amazing deal with their Groupon for an oil change. The service is good and I trust them with my car. What more is there to say.
They gave me poor grade oil when I purchased full synthetic. They lied and said I needed new tires and a new oil pan when I just received full service from Ford. Nothing was wrong with my car. gave me a quote for the oil pan and said it would be around $500. Smh lol they are really bad don't go there do not trust what they tell you because they're lying
I went in because the radiator fluid had blew out a hose. I was broken down and so towed my super clean truck to the nearest repair center. The man who took the calls seemed friendly and helpful.
When I got it back, it was very messy, with grease inside the driver's side door, gravel in the mat, and scuff and scratches all over the place. And hand marks and oil all around the truck. Plus the hose was leaking antifreeze all over under the truck when I picked it up. Had to walk back in after I paid and have someone come out and fix it with a new clamp. Also seemed rather expensive for a lose hose repair and a antifreeze replacement. Maybe it really costs that much, but it would of been nice if they could of focused on the hose inside instead of making me a big mess all around the outside and inside. People don't seem to care how they treat other people's property. Worst experience I've ever had with a repair on this truck. Makes me sad to think people just don't care. I wouldn't recommend this establishment.

I called Auto Center of Canton on Monday and they got my car in on Wednesday.
I have a Honda Accord and they had all of the parts needed to repair my car that day. Ken, John and Chuck took very good care of my car and were kind and helpful.
I will return when needed for sure.
Filthy and as shady as it gets! I brought in my car for a steering issue, they replaced the faulty part, I paid and left. When I got home I popped open the hood and there was power steering fluid all over the place! The next morning the fluid was all over the ground. I called them and they said to bring it back, since the part had warranty. After fixing the issue a second time, I asked what was wrong, and they hadn’t replaced any of the seal, which is necessary when replacing and opening the fluid lines. They also hit my rear fender when backing it out of the shop but refuse to admit to it. I informed “chuck” that that damage wasn’t there before I brought it, his excuse was “oh people from Taco Bell park here all the time”. They have zero respect for your property and are only in it for the money!
