My wife and I were on our way to work yesterday evening. It started raining. My windshield wipers would not work on my truck! I got them to work somewhat but by the time we arrived at work on Cane Creek Rd, it was bad. My driver side wiper would either go off the windshield on my side or get stuck under the other one. We get off work at 2 am and it was going to rain all night. I texted Auto 911 of WNC. Someone responded asap. He arrived at our job and fixed my wipers. Really nice guy named John. He was very professional. No money up front and a electronic receipt was given via email. I wouldn't hesitate to call again if in need of emergency repairs on my truck which has been in my family since 2000.

Lifesaver! I’m a diy kinda of guy and I attempted to changed the wifeys 4 runner rear shocks and failed miserably! Forgetting that she absolutely needed the car the next morning I was stuck in quite a predicament while I had left the car temporarily disabled and needed it to be fixed the same day. Auto 911 of Wnc managed to squeeze me in on a Sunday afternoon. he was able to come out and get the job done and communicated very well. Will be calling him first next time. If you need mobile mechanic services this is who you need to contact.

I cannot speak more highly of Auto 911 of WNC. We were 7 and a half hours from home when our water pump decided to break. After calling multiple mechanics and shops we came up with nothing and then we found Auto 911. They kept us up to date on when theyd arrive and got to us within a couple of hours and were able to get all of the parts necessary to make the repairs and get us back on the road timely. Call them for all of your on the road repair needs.

Nice work by John to come out late Sunday in order to get my Jeep thermostat up and running. Quick response and great service. Would definitely recommend!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Our kids had a radiator issue while pulling a uhaul of furniture through Asheville and Auto 911 was amazing. Not only were they the ONLY service to respond late on a Saturday afternoon, but they were quick to get to our kids and SO helpful. Diagnosed the problem and had them fixed up in less than an hour and followed them to the auto parts store to make sure the fix was working. Even gave them instructions on how to get through the mountains the best way to keep the engine from getting stressed. Really reasonably priced as well. Just can’t say enough about this business. THANK YOU!

We had a water pump go out in road construction on a hot day. We pulled off at the first exit and began looking for a repair shop.

We found Auto 911 and John came to us!

He diagnosed the problem, got the parts and worked until the new part was on.

John then tested a few other things to make sure all was good.

4 hours later we were on the road home to Kentucky.

I would definitely call Auto 911 again if I needed help. Btw, they will travel quite a distance to help you.

I had a radiator burst on me on the way to go RVing on a Friday night. Limped the truck home and started calling repair shops in the morning. Most shops were a week out and half were not open on Saturday. I needed to get my vehicle fixed by Monday morning. I have never used a mobile repair specialist in the past so I figured I would give it a try. I googled mobile repair specialists and called several with no answer and had to leave messages. John from Auto 911 answered the phone on the third ring and was ready to help. I called him at 9:00am and he was to my house by 10:15 on a 10:30 estimate. He looked over the truck, tested the truck, found the parts (several miles away), retrieved the parts and finished the repair in less time than it took me to find him on Google. The price was comparable with a brick and mortar shop without the hassle of getting your broken down vehicle to a shop. So to sum up my experience with John and Auto 911 of WNC, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

At first we were a little weary of using a mobile mechanic due to past experiences, but being that we are on vacation,from Florida and in the middle of no wear and not knowing the area we had no other choose to call a mobile mechanic. We were blessed to get John. He was Professional, very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. He even told my husband if we had any issues when we got back to Florida to give him a call. Thank you John for saving our family vacation!!!
