This used to be a great shop a few years back. Not any longer! Quality and professionalism down the tube. They don’t get it. They screwed me over and I was recommending them to 50-100 people a year. I own 2 shops but we don’t do exhaust. Sad that they don’t care anymore.
Muffler Delete Price was cool but one of my tips are crooked when I asked them to fix it because it should have been the right the first time. They did t want to correct it and cut it back off... I'm just gonna get some other mufflers and get it done at another shop.. should never be an issue to fix your mistake as a company no matter how big or small that company is.. pride in work first
They were great at what they do. I work until early evening and no other shop would get me in. Austin's took my work on, did good welds, and did it all at the end of their working day. They had my vehicle in and out in 15-20 minutes and significantly restored the exhaust geometry. Their price was fair and reasonable.
Dont bring your car here they don’t do very good work only go to madder hatter muffler shop there the best in Columbus. Austin’s exhaust shouldn’t be in business that’s how bad the work was I have some pictures below of the work they did.

Fast reasonably priced and good quality work
Was charging too much for a used tire on top of a high price to take off a tire with a strip bolt. Said they would had to melt it, which wasn't true. Went somewhere else same day and got the tire off with no problems and got a used tire for less the price. Not saying it's a bad place just wasn't much help when needed.
My husband came to you guys to put a exhaust on the 93 geo strom , yes a geo!!! The guy was very unprofessional and rude, would not listen to my husband that the car wasn't going to fit on the Rack they was trying to put it on, so they try to put it there, and it got stuck and assuming dropped in the hole, had to be pulled out by the other employee that works there. We send all the people that need exhaust work to this small business, even done my when they stole my cat a work but however we will need to consider sending ppl to ur business. Ur employee is very Rude thanks for nothing
