Walked in and they sat my sister and I for 2 acrylic sets. One with design, one overall color. This is the fastest I've ever had a set done and the attention to detail was amazing. Would recommend to all my friends, super friendly and flexible with times. I'm absolutely coming back!
Perfect job! After being gone 7 years I had the pleasure of visiting my old nail salon. My normal technician (Lucy) sadly wasn’t in but the woman that did my nails listened to me, knew exactly what I wanted and did exactly that. I miss Auburn Nails so much.
After multiple times leaving being unhappy with my nail shape, lack of quality nail art, and nail bed damages, I AM DONE. For my birthday I paid $90 for a new set of acrylics and after 2 hours I left with disbelief they would charge me so much for such garbage!
They asked me to come back the next day to fix and when I got there no one would acknowledge me but they sat every other customer HOW UNPROFESSIONAL and just RUDE.
My daughter and I came in yesterday. I needed a dip powder refresh and my daughter wanted her first full set. I’m in the market for a new salon so this is the 3rd time I’ve been here myself. They didn’t have the color I was looking for, and was looking for something similar that wasn’t sheer. The lady seemed irritated that I wanted something brighter and not so sheer. Anyway, the color is pretty and she did a good job. $45 cool.
My daughter (13) wanted her first full set. She had a design in mind which was a simple pink French tip with a sliver glitter trim. Easy. She gets them done, pretty short, and they said it’s $75. What?? Their sets start at $35 and hers were short so where did the other $40 come from? They talk to you like you’re stupid and haven’t been getting your nails done for the last 30 years. I know how to do a French tip with polish and she was talking about having to “draw” it on as opposed to the usual way. Apparently that method is $20 more. Maybe $5 for the glitter trim and $15 for the gel? How did a set that should have been (according to their price list) $35, gel, $15, design $5 = $75? They just kept adding onto her set without even telling her or me what they were doing and all the “extra” work they did. This is why I’m getting tired of nail salons. They post prices, don’t follow them and add on charges that don’t make sense. She’s happy with them and that’s what matters, but I’ve had intricate designs on basic nails that cost $75 not a basic design in basic nails.
I got my acrylics removed and a simple paint done, I wish I got the ladies name but she was very nice and gentle!
I was able to get in right away pretty lucky. The girl was very nice and pleasant I wish I got her name. She got it exactly as I wanted. You could tell she took great care in the details. I even told her to surprise me on the design and sunflowers are my favorite. I would recommend!
Will not return here. I wasnt asked what I wanted to do with my nails. They didn't take off prior nail color, didn't do the right nail shape at all and filed so hard the skin around my nail are cut up. They look like they need a fill and I just left the salon. I would not recommend anyone to go here.
I had been going to Auburn nails for many years before I started working from home and never leaving the house lol I remembered yesterday why I love it there!! Great staff, great service and great owner ???? Thanks for the Mom's Day pedis ladies and Happy Mothers Day ????
