Super clean place, decent prices, nice staff, convenient location. Parking available in the back. A little warm inside. Not a ton of hot pink polish to choose from. Small quality problem.♡ I got my nails done and then grabbed pizza at Pizza Hut.
This place is no longer performing at its best . For a while, it was okay but this is the second time my manicure was rushed because someone else came in asking for a pedicure . I had to go back so the worker could fix my nail as she had gel stuck to my finger and nail, sealing both. I also had nail polish on my other fingers.
All she said is , " It's nothing, nothing happened.". She didn't want to take the time to fix it because she wanted to go back to work on the pedicure. I myself cleaned the leftover nail polish on my fingers. Unbelievable, this is the second place that does this to me. Absolutely, no ethics. It's all about the $$$.
I understand it's a pandemic and it's very serious, people are tight scheduled and all. However they have a big sign that says walk-ins welcome on their window but don't have time for walk ins. Also no one answers their phone. They shouldn't advertise walk-ins if they are not going to answer their phones. I drove here for a service that was advertised because they didn't answer their phones just to be denied. May try again later but more than likely will not. Please have someone that can answer the phone if you're going to run a business. I called 8 times and no one picked up once. Your voice-mail box is not even set up.
I usually go to Kim who is wonderful. My nails have been done at least once by any of the gals there and I can honestly say that they all do a great job. You won't be disappointed.

Explaining to her how I’m one of those “people” when it comes to my nails lol. ( must be perfect lol ) first she was hesitant I asked her could she do . We had a lil mini argument because she lacked confidence in herself ! But I thank God that I’m pushy.
This one nail Kim did looks better than all my other nails . She gained a regular - she is sweet , smart and patient ! I live right around the corner and I will most definitely be seeing Ms. Kim more often !!
My shape . Length . Color was a little off and she made it work ( they didn’t have the same color which is another reason after me complaining she became hesitant ) I am overly happy about my choice !!!
Had a Mani pedi done here with one of my friends. Staff was great and they did a great job, but they do not have a lot of colors to choose from for dip and gel.
Everyone in the nail shop does really a great job when you make an appointment they see you as soon you arrive ill been coming here for about 4 years now very great customer service
The colors quality is bad , I did my nails and 2 hours later they weren't dry . They did my nail super fast so they will take the customer next . Never again
