I'm only giving this place 3 stars because I received bad customer service. I regularly get my hands massaged, which I was hoping to get after my manicure was done. Unfortunately, they don't give you a hand massage with a gel manicure, but you do get it with a regular manicure. ????????♀️
Also, I kindly asked for a handmade design on my nails, but the lady who was doing my manicure ???? was very unpleasant to work with. She didn't want to do it. She was trying to put stickers on my nails, I repeated her that I wanted handmade design on my nails. The worker accepted but got upset, She charged me $10 extra, and I was agreeing.
I'm usually a good tipper, but you get what you receive. That's why I gave the person $5 when they could've gotten 20 dollars. Customer service is very important. When the person is displaying the attitude that you want to see, you feel comfortable and grateful for the service you receive.

An appointment is a must, number 1 recommended is Jenni. She never fails to meet my expectations on how I want my nails! She gets booked very easily, but always makes time to fit you in, that's how good she is! I always recommend my friends and family to go to her. I've been going there since I was in Jr high! And I've never been disappointed with her work????I can honestly say that I haven't even gone to no one else to get my nails done, they last me up to a month verses other nails shops like my nails or ladybug that only last you a week or two. I love it!!!
Jenny is the best! She always makes my nails look amazing and they last forever!! I dont go to anyone else :D

I absolutely love the nail tech there....she takes her time and shapes your nail.....detail is what she pays attention to, I like that.
