So I was doing some home renovations and I happen to fell off a ladder and bang up my ankle pretty bad. Our local urgent care was closed cause it was Memorial Day so my wife found the next closest one. They had a wait but that was expected but once they saw me they were very nice, funny and very attentive. Gretchen, I may be spelling her name wrong, was the X-ray tech and she was funny and very nice. It’s not a place I would want to go back too but if I ever fall off a ladder again I would definitely go back.
From the moment I came in, they were attentive caring and kind. From the nurses, doctors, assistants, and administrators, everyone made my initial office visit and subsequent hospital stay very comfortable n I felt better every day. They saved my life.. thank you all at AHS from the bottom of my heart ❤️ you are truly my heroes
We had a very positive experience here & will definitely return if needed. Staff was very pleasant and the wait wasn’t too bad considering there were 4 other patients ahead of us. I definitely recommend this Urgent Care!
The staff were very caring and they took good care of my daughter. They made me feel good and safe to have brought my daughter here. They were very attentive. I will say it was one of the better experiences I have had in a long time. Thank you!
Horrible front desk staff. My 2nd try here and I won't be back. MOA at front literally didn't even acknowledge me until she was ready. Only to find out the facility is a 3rd party and not even actually contracted by Atlantic.
Made an appointment and waited close to 3 hours for evaluation and X-rays. They bump walk ins in front of appointments if they’ve been waiting. What’s the point in making an appointment? I know they are on the newer side but they are severely understaffed. The xray tech and PA were very good and once in an exam room, timing was reasonable. Going to the ER would likely have been quicker. I hope they can get it together with staffing needs.
These folks did a great job on New Years’s Eve with a 3-hour backlog. They were able to catch up to a 2-hour wait and remained compassionate. The staff was friendly and informative and got me on the way to the pharmacy as quickly as they could. I wish they had an on-site pharmacy.
The links they send to register are easy and helpful and lets you see how many patients are ahead of you.

Very fast service in a modern and very clean setting. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and explained the treatment. Would definitely recommend and return for urgent care treatment. Excellent job.
