The food was not good at all, they put some thick green salsa on my food that I did not ask for and was not using gloves. The food prep guy had a open sore on his thumb!!
The food was not good. No salt or Seasoning on the fries. I've never had a pastrami chili cheese fry with the pastrami on one side of the container. The chili wasn't good either. It had no flavor. That's where all the flavor is, in the meat. We weren't given any plastic ware. The lady at the window seemed like she had an attitude when we asked for onions on the side when we saw they didn't put them in the bag but we requested it when we ordered it. I should have taken a picture

Restaurant clean, pilot employees . Prices are very good.
They need to periodically clean up the dining room ona regular basis, tables are ALWAYS dirty. We try to eat here when we’re doing laundry and everytime they are mediocre. They don’t even take Apple Pay like eh. Go across the street to pollo loco for a better dining experience
I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Spoiler alert WE GOT FOOD POISONING!! Rarely do I ever write reviews but this has to be said. My fiancé and I were so hyped to try this place. As soon as you get the microphone to give your order, it’s so scrappy you can’t hear anything they’re telling you, that should’ve been a sign. Another terrible sign was when we saw the chef put his hand in his face….and worst of all we both got severe FOOD POISONING!!! I’ve never been this sick in my entire life. Who knew buying this food, which was not cheap by the way, almost killed me and my fiancé. Please please please stay far away from this dump until they practice better sanitation practices.
Called an hour before they close. They answered phone and said may I help you. I proceeded to place order. Then lady stops me and says sorry we're closed. I responded, "if closed why did you say may I help you"? Lady then hangs up on me. Never been treated so rudely before from this place. Complete turn off. This place won't be getting my money again! If closed you should have said that before asking may I help you. TERRIBLE service!
Burgers are pretty good, standard charbroiled patties, got a double burger because the patty was a bit to thing for just 1. Fries and drinks are sold separately, no combos, at least fries are a large bag and a good amount. Not worth 16$ in total though.
I didn't like customer service tho, my buddy got a burguer by itself and asked for salsa and the cook answered quite rudely "what did you get? What did you order? What did you order?" Too see weather or not charge a small cup of salsa lol.
All in all will not be returning simply because of CS.
Honestly the service is bad, the food isn’t great. Ordered a club CHICKEN sandwich. I get ham instead…. Like how? Say whatever you want , the pictures won’t let me lie. That’s ham. Not chicken. I called and asked if I can get a credit cuz I was at work to the point I sat down to eat my order. Said yeah & gave me a weird made up name. Im not dumb. Then yet again whatever but pay $21 for a small chili cheese fries & a small sandwich?!! I want my money back ????????????
