The fact I have to put 1 star is disappointing, it shouldn'thave any stars. To start I find it funny how with all the low reviews the company takes no time to respond.
Today I was almost t-boned by one of their drivers in the Meijer parking lot (refer to picture for license plate). I work in elder services and if anyone or myself EVER drove in the careless, irresponsible and lack of sense way, you would be fired on the spot. WITH PEOPLE IN THE VAN ON TOP OF THAT! So far I have reached out to friends, family and any one related with our services to NEVER use their "service"...if you can call it that.
My mother is in assisted living and we decided that taking her to doctor appointments in my car is way too much work. So we signed up for the service. Yesterday was my first trip with my Mom and both drivers, Sue and Angela made the trip so easy. They really care about the people they are transporting. I can see that safety is a priority and they are very friendly. They were on time for pick up and the wait for return was minimal. Thank you.

When I call the business Jamie speaks over me and passes the blame on to everyone else. She outright lied about why my son was abandoned at his job when they didn’t show up to pick him up. You cannot rely on their service. Do not trust them. If I could give zero stars I would.
This assist to transport van was speeding in excess of 15 mph over the limit, with a medical patient in it, and riding to almost touching my bumper while my child was in the back seat.
Jade was my driver and this was my 1st time using medical transport. She was awesome, got me to my appointment on time and was waiting in the waiting room to pick me up. She made my transport very comfortable and was such a nice person to deal with. I hope she'll transport me again, if needed. Really pleased with the service.
Just had one of their cars cut me off at a traffic light. Completely unnecessary, unsafe, and not professional for transportation service! Would not trust to use their services if they don't have safe drivers!
An Assist to transport dropped off a patient at the company I work for. Being in the medical field for 8 years I was surprised that this patient was hanging half way out of his seat. Cognitive disorder or not the people who work for this company should preserve every individuals dignity to the best of their ability. When calling the company for a complaint the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. She stated I could talk with her directly and then proceeded to intervene and interrupt when it wasn't what she wanted to hear. I was very upset as well as the family that a patient had been treated this way and NOONE should have to go through something like that.
