This location was good to go. My appointment was easy and I didn't have to wait too far out to receive it. They got me in back soon as they could, staff was in good spirit. I came in to fix a broken tooth from my denture. They were able to get it done same day. Took a couple hours. I just had to wait my turn for the doctor to see me. I got some suggestions as well. Also set me up for a membership with them so I can receive discounts on my dental work because I didn't have insurance.
Great experience, I'm in the armed forces reserve and needed a last minute appointment so i can deploy. The staff was very kind and accommodating everything went smoothly thanks to their help. I was able to get a checkup and cleaning in the same day, i definitely recommend them!!
After going here twice and being promised my tooth would be fixed. They sat me in a room til the time the guy left.....sorry let's make u an appointment..I really came here sat in the dental room for an hour pretty much alone.. to have him come in and tell me we will need to make an appointment some other time.. Way to treat a first time patient.. UPDATE!!! As I got out of the room and found help I spoke to the nicest most caring guy, JEREMIAH IS AMAZING!!! HE MADE IT HAPPEN FOR ME IN 45MINS!!! Front desk lady is soooo awesome she's a cool lady.. Great service awesome people.. Dentist herself ... Maybe work on her temper some.. not the nicest lady at all. Once again Jeremiah you saved my everything brother I thank you very much!! As well the technician that stayed late to make it happen for me .. the best the best ...
Still waiting on my antibiotic to be sent to my pharmacy it’s like they don’t really care about you unless you paying for thousands of dollars worth of services. They tell you to go to them if you don’t have insurance to figure out a payment plan but that’s still expensive! my first visit and exam was supposed to be free and the dentist said I needed an antibiotic for my root canal I got previously. She never sent the antibiotic and I called 3 times! Don’t go there!!! Waste of time and they don’t help you unless you are spending money that’s my experience!
This place is a bait and switch. They told me the exam any x-rays would be free with the coupon that the lady from the call center put on. It was confirmed in the email they sent me. Two hours before my appointment I receive a text canceling my appointment like I had missed it. I immediately call amazingly I get connected directly to the office. They proceed to tell me that the exam alone is going to be $258 not including x-rays. I would have included the email that they sent in confirmation. But there's no way to add it on the review this place is an outright scam. And the girl that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me and tried to double-talk me. Don't waste your time. It's an absolute absolute scam. Find a real dentist save yourself a ton of money
Great customer service! My dentist did a great job fixing my broken tooth. Even gave me a rescue plan to regain a beautiful set of teeth again. Will definitely be a permanent patient. Already referred a friend & family member.
Staff was very friendly! I liked that I was given options with my dental care! It’s also great that they have financing to help with payment.
I had the best visit I’ve ever experienced in my life at the dentist this morning. Dr. Badam is the best! I was treated with so much respect and my voice was heard there. I almost started tearing up because I never had a dentist listen to my concerns and goals like she did today. I will be returning!
