My first experience at Aspen was very positive from start to finish. I dont have insurance for a couple of months and they did everything they could to reduce the cost of a tooth I need pulled, including exam. We discussed the major problems that need to be addressed in the near future when my financial situation is better. The staff from the receptionist to the intake to the doctors were wonderful, knowledgable, and caring. I look forward to restoring my teeth with Aspen.
Please be careful going here. I went here out of immediate need got tooth extraction. Ended up in a "payment plan" that I thought was through Aspen turns out it is a credit card. I went for a couple visit between 08/14/2034- 9/07/2023 for treatments they said were "absolutely necessary". I was lied to about what I would have to pay after insurance paid. Please before you sign anything or pay anything. Go home and review all the paperwork and fine print. Or you will be owe over a thousands dollars. And sadly corporate just throw their hands up and are no help with resolutions. I am truly disappointed because I really like the dentist and all the assistants. Lack of true transparency in the billing department is the issue.
They were able to get me in quickly and assess my tooth pain. Able to have it removed a few days later. I had trouble finding a dentist due to being on lovenox injections. Dr Patel worked with my surgeon regarding medication and was able to extract it. Fast friendly service. I will return and I highly recommend.
Had a very positive experience. Quick and to the point, which is great because I'm not fond of the dentist. Pricing with insurance was on par with what I was expecting.
I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with Aspen Dental today! Everyone was so friendly and made you feel right at home and they took really good care of me! I will definitely be back for sure!
They got me in the same day I called. They do require teeth cleaning and x-rays for new patients. I went in for a chipped eye tooth. but that got put aside because I broke off a front tooth, down to the gum line, which took precedence in getting fixed first. Monday they did the teeth cleaning, followed with making impressions for a Flipper denture. Tuesday the rest of the front tooth was extracted and the Flipper was ready to install. Could not ask for faster service. Dr. Patel DDS was very nice and caring and her staff treated me well. Thank you all.
They were very patient with me while I took a bit to fill out paperwork. They were helpful and extremely polite and I definitely recommend them and will be returning! Great people and great team.
Edit to add: He got in to a real dentist today locally (dr shivers dentistry), that dentist took one look at the tooth with the absess and said that BOTH teeth side by side needed pulled immediately because the infection was so bad it killed both of the teeth and created a dead pocket. Which is why he was in such pain. No root canal would have saved those. The infection was horrible and almost two weeks of antibiotics did nothing. Aspen should have seen this immediately instead of suggesting all kinds of stupid extra expensive work and then doing nothing at all besides referring him to some place far away FOUR MONTHS AWAY for a root canal that would have been impossible. It probably would have killed him waiting. The incompetence level is unreal.
This whole place felt like a scam. We went in with my fiance's absessed tooth. He had to wait six days since the urgent care visit to finally be seen. We drove thirty minutes to get to aspen, wait forever, then they come in and do xrays and an exam, tell him a huge list of major problems that needs fixed supposedly. We were only there for one absess. He was in excruciating pain for days now. The supposed doctor said they can't do anything for him besides refer him to an endodontics doctor in Canton which is an hour and a half from our home. And guess what their wait time is for this emergency? Four months. FOUR MONTHS. She said she cannot do anything at all about his emergency issue, his severe pain, said it only can be a root canal at this particular place far far away four months from now!! Of course they want to give you an extensive list of procedures you "should" schedule immediately, which are not at all any reason why we came. One tooth. One absess. For one guy who has regular teeth, it's not like they are all rotting out of his head. Just need one serious painful problem addressed. So out of frustration we ask can he at least get more antibiotics and a work excuse for the next couple days while hopefully the antibiotics work and get him out of pain. But nope, can't do that either. They are only willing to give you a work excuse for the two hours you were there. Not even that one day. He of course flipped out because he is in desperate pain on the verge of tears, and there was just zero sympathy. We did not once ask for pain medicine or anything like that because we don't do that kind of stuff so it wasn't that. Just antibiotics and please fix this issue. We got nothing (actually she did call in antibiotics but that's it after essentially begging for them). Complete run around. They offer you multiple times to refer people for free exams and free x-rays. We have insurance, we didn't need that. Just fix this painful issue please. It was a long drive and a waste of both of our times and work days. He is still in pain and still cannot be seen by anyone of those people for four months. We ended up calling a local dentist which we shouldve done in the first place. They will see him Friday and since they are a real practicing dentist who is capable of doing actual procedures, hopefully he will get better soon. This was such a scam. I don't typically complain about stuff and we were super friendly until we were told they can do nothing essentially and not even give a work excuse? Did he flip out? Yes. That was probably not ok and I apologize on his behalf but this man is in excruciating pain and he felt desperate and completely frustrated with no help in sight. Terrible.
