I ordered 2 chicken sliders. First of all, I asked for no cheese. They decided to just give me whatever they had sitting around and not make a new one or just didn’t read the order right. Then second of all, why did they give me this tiny tender? Inflation is crazy, I’m not rich by any means, so this is unacceptable. That’s the size of a chicken nugget. It dosent even cover the bread. Wild. The wait is ALWAYS long even if there’s only 2 cars in line so why not take your time and get things right lol. Also the person giving me my food while he was nice, he said “have a goodnight” and was ready to close the window super fast. He didn’t ask me if I needed sauce or anything else. Why in such a rush? I was the only customer there. I’m not a difficult customer who orders a whole bunch either. So frustrating and makes me not want to eat here at all. Can’t even get a $2 chicken slider right. Do better.
I don’t think we’ll be going back to our well at least not the one in Dalgren for a long time the last three times we’ve gone. The food has been cold and the service has been also cold. The last time we went through The drive-through they try to make us move up. All we ordered was one meal. I told him I was not going to the manager. I tried to explain to her the last time they had us move. We waited for over 15 minutes and then I had to go inside to get my food and everything was cold so I would rather stay at the drive-through so that my food would get to me on a timely manner. Cut close the window walked away and in the process said I guess you’ll wait a little longer. The customer service there is horrible. I’m pretty much.
Food was great. Service was quick and friendly. My family likes stopping here.
Can be a little slow, but that is Arby's and the type of food they serve. Staff is always nice and does their best.
Half the shift was on smoke break. One female teenager was very nice working the drive through. One staff member was rude.
Today was one of the quickest and easiest visits. While the roast beef was perfect, I got red onions which were slimy. I was driving so did not return or call.
Our visit was soso....no seasoning on the fries, over sauced on the spicy beef sandwiches. Bread was soft for the spicy beef sandwiches however we also had a normal roast beef, bread was that in-between phase of soft but slightly stale. Chicken tenders per the kids were good. Total time wait for dine in was 13/15m which for us is reasonable/average.
Female bathroom was clean however the male bathroom needed a little attention.
I did appreciate the effort by the staff trying to keep the dining room area clean despite a few employees in the general area ignoring a countertop spill by the sauces even within arms reach refilling the napkin container.
Parking lot appearance was appealing to the eye.
Their chicken salad sandwich is excellent. Juicy chicken, pecans and apples were delicious. Alao their orange Creamsicle shake was wonderful! They did a good job dealing with the masks and gloves during this Phase 2 re-opening.
