I visited Arby’s before but this location store number #6492 10877 East Washington Street was very clean inside and out. I went in the store to get myself daughter and grandson’s lunch. I spent $33.13.Which was not bad for this economy. My cashier was a young man named Mr.Bobby and his manager Mr.Curtis I always say Mr. or Mrs there was a Female on the fries I didn’t get her name but she was just as friendly.The food was fresh and hot.The shake machine actually WORKED! I wasn’t dealing with attitudes nor paying for expensive cold food and watered down drinks.Not like other locations.I definitely would recommend this location.Thank you Arby’s this team right here you chose correct ????????We even rang the bell.????

Most hateful service from whoever the guy was "who just got there" (as if that is a customers issue)
I came there after having a good day, which is rare for me...hoping to spread a little happiness to some employees. But what I received was stick in the mud attitudes, my food being shoved out the window and shunned through the drive thru while twinkle toes who just clocked in hollered GOOD DAY!!! several times angrily.
Drive thru service in general has gone downhill but it's not the customers fault that you work there and take your misery out on someone who had dealt with audacity worse than yours!
You're welcome for serving your country that you feel so free to treat people like that.
Wish I could get a refund bc my kids and I didnt even want to eat the food after that type of service.
Luckily I wasn't hungry tonight when my husband and I made a quick stop to eat tonight. I just grabbed mott.sticks and he ordered a chicken sandwich meal. And when I tell u about 2 hours later I felt totally helpless as he was getting sick over this food!?! I have never been inside this place to see if it is clean or not but DO NOT EAT HERE! either chicken was not done or cleanliness I'm not positive but I KNOW FOR A FACT IT WAS FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I will be calling tomorrow for a refund at the least
Omg, this place is ridiculous. If it wasn't for the fact that their food is actually prepared right, I'd give it 1 star! The staff is rude af, their prices are ridiculous, and not to mention the inside wasn't very clean.. This place really sucks and I suggest not going here..
Cashier didn't give us back correct change ( $ 2.00 less).
Pointed it out.
He said, I'll put it toward your next order... because he couldnt get coupons to ring up.
Left money sitting on counter.
Ordered next order of sandwiches.
Gave back wrong change. Pointed out again. Manager came over.
Cold fries. Nasty.
Frustrating. Being a teacher, it saddens me to see that kids aren't taught how to count back money and learn to handle situations.
Great customer service...poor quality of food fries were discolored from bad grease chicken sandwich was tough as leather..30 dollars should be donated on quality of food training...
The owner of this Arby's franchise @ Wash & German Church Rd needs to get the AC fixed for the poor folks working here!!! It felt like 95 or 100 degrees in there and it's not even a hot day!!! One employee said it's been like this for a year. It made me hesitant to even eat the food for fear of food poisoning from poor cleaning and refrigeration. I know if I had to work there, I wouldn't be eager to clean & follow all protocols in that kind of working conditions. Those conditions can cause health conditions for your workers!!! And food safety concerns!! The manager today 10/6/23 around 2 PM was awesome and does a great job!!!! NO way could I work there or eat inside. They have to leave the back door open to the business. Maybe you should move buildings if you cannot afford to fix AC.
