Very gross today...ordered a classic roast beef in the drive through, got home and it was disgusting. It tasted like the meat was spoiled. It was also very dry. What is the gross black spots on the meat???

I’d leave negative stars if I could. I came here on Friday with my friends THINKING I could get a quick meal. Mind you I’ve eaten at Arby’s multiple times before, NEVER AGAIN!!! I was charged for a large fry and received a small, the vanilla milkshakes my friends got straight up tasted like frozen milk and sugar. AND THE KICKER, I got a gyro (my normal order) and I ended up having SERVE FOOD POISONING FOR TWO DAYS!!!! I don’t know what this location had going on, BUT IT WASNT SANITARY!! Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had while eating out and truly hope that no one else will face the same experience. HONESTLY TERRIBLE!!!
If you say there is sauce in the bag, you should make sure that what was on the recipet is in the bag. And when asked for sauce the response shouldn't be " It in the bag." and then THE SAUCE IS NOT IN THE BAG. The fries were awful, tasted stale and dry.
French dip wasn't good either.

Great service at this location. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and tasty. The kids both had to ring the bell on the way out (I did too, but mom didn't lol). Will be going back to this location!
The food was decent, but I found the portion sizes to be on the smaller side. While the flavors were satisfactory, I wished for a bit more quantity.
The customer service was also okay. The staff was courteous, but the service didn't particularly stand out. It met the basic expectations, but there wasn't a notable wow factor in terms of attentiveness or friendliness.
I order two 1/2 half pound roast beef sandwiches, toss the bun. Then when I eat it throughout the day, I melt butter and dip the roast beef. This is a wonderful way to eat carnivore while you're away from home, which I am because I'm pet sitting for 8 days/nights. Arby's is a perfect place for on the go carnivore.
Drive thru review:
Food was actually very enjoyable. Fries were cooked well and warm. The Turkey with Swiss sandwich was really good, bread nicely toasted. The staff was very friendly and worked to get my food out as quickly as possible. I have four stars because of the price. For a Medium sized combo meal, I spent close to $12. That’s nuts for an Arby’s. I was actually even considering getting a side beef and cheddar sandwich, which that alone was $5. So much for getting affordable fast food these days.
Overall, the food was great and I’ll be stopping by again.
Food was good, as expected. The reason for the 5 stars is the customer service! The 2 gentleman in the drive thru tonight had amazing customer service. Name on the receipt says Aceyian, I did not get a look at their name tags. Way to go guys! It's rare these days that you go through the drive thru anywhere and have such friendly service.
