Roast Beef Was hot and fries were just right. Wait time was low and the service was great. Even better than the last Place is clean inside and out. Great landscaping.
Just ordered the bacon sandwich. I like to get double bacon. I usually order double meat on all my sandwiches. It costs a little more, but that's fine. But this is like the third double bacon sandwich that I ordered here and all were so Skimpy, It was unreal. I'm done. I'm not gonna buy from here anymore. Some locations for any food joint will give you fair portions, and then some won't I am sure becauseof the owner you get small amounts. This is one of those small amount restaurants. I'm done here.
My order was taken promptly. Food was served relatively fast. Everything looked and tasted good.
Lobby could have used a little picking up. Just wasn't quite as clean as it should have been (not show in pics).
Very clean and fun to b at. Went in and they were short but food came out quick and hot. I would go there everyday if could afford it
We stopped here to grab a late dinner after seeing a movie when we were in town visiting my parents. We used to come here pretty frequently growing up, but it's definitely gone downhill.
There was no one in line when we got there. My dad knew what he wanted right away and ordered. We were still deciding so it took us about a minute before we were ready. There were a few people standing around still waiting for their orders.
I stood at the register waiting to order, but no one would take my order. My dad got his food before we could even order. Finally, after standing there for 15 minutes, someone finally asked if anyone had taken my order.
When I asked about how you could use coupons, I got two different answers. That finally got sorted out and we were able to place our order. While waiting for our order, they gave my husband the wrong size milkshake, so some other guy had to wait longer for his.
After being there for half an hour, we finally got our food and took it home to eat. My dad said the service is terrible every time he comes.
They didn't do a great job with the order. My husband got the brisket sandwich and he said it was really dry and didn't have the onion straws it was supposed to. I got the Arbynator which was made right. I probably wouldn't get it again. I prefer just the roast beef. They were also quite stingy on the curly fries.
Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're okay with really bad service.
I went through the drive-thru and the employees were professional when taking my order. My food was hot and delicious ???? just the way I like it ???? keep up the good work...
Love this location! 90% of the time they have what I want and the wait isn’t usually too long depending on staffing! My favs are the apple pecan salad WRAP and orange cream shake! (Both seasonal)
I like Arby’s but this one is run by an absentee owner, and probably no manager either. Dirty, dirty, dirty! If you can’t catch hepatitis here you can’t get it anywhere. I drove through in the past and got cold cheese sticks. I thought it was an off day, but nope. I went in today and saw what the problem is. They just throw the frier stuff on a cold ass baking sheet for who knows how long. (See pic). Kitchen floor is covered in food everywhere, dining room is gross, and the bathroom looks like an interstate gas station. I think they just leave the meat sitting out too. No slicing here. Just dump it out of a paper tray. I need to find out who does inspections for Solon. This is disgusting.
