Friendly and helpful staff here :). Love the beef n cheddar and curly fries. Their new Mac and cheese bites are good too. Clean and remodeled interior.
Fast service. Food was fresh prepared and hot. Tried the fish strips and they were great. The Cashier was courteous and polite. Restaurant was clean inside and out. Landscaping looked great. First time here and will be back.
Picked up food through the drive thru. The service was great. Can't say the same for the food. It just was not good. Can't say I'd eat Arby's again. When you can't really identify it as beef, you just shouldn't eat it. There was a reason I've not gone there for years. It just confirmed why with this last purchase.
Whoever runs this store cares, and it shows. People greet you and look you in the face, the sandwiches are put together neatly, the place is clean. So much better than the other fast food places!
Normally I do not eat at Arby's..
No disrespect but the roast beef I don't think is roast beef it tastes generic.
BUT WHEN I SAW GYROS ON THE MENU TWO FOR $7 THEY WERE PACKED WITH GREAT CHIVE SAUCE AND THE MEAT WAS PRETTY GOOD
The Saturday night crew, 2 girls, 1 man, were great! I need my roast beef shaved extremely thin & I won’t go to the rocky River store because they won’t do it for me. The crew at Avon on center rd did an excellent job & just want to make sure they get credit!! Thanks guys! See ya next week☺️
Went into the store and stood at counter for 3 minutes and no one approached me. There were 3 workers doing prep including the GM. The girl who appeared to be working the drive thru walked by, I said "Hi" and she responded and she walked to the back of the store. Then she headed back to window. I waited another 30 seconds and no one seemed to be coming so I walked out.There were no orders on any of their screens.
Clean, Courteous, Quick, Tasty
I really thought the wait here would be a long one. It's an area that is inundated with shoppers and travelers. This wasn't the case. The drive through was very busy so we went inside. They were either heavily staffed in the back, or the staff they have are good. The drive through was moving well and inside our order was received fast, fresh, hot and accurate. Clean inside and outside alike. Employees were pleasant and respectful. 2 thumbs up.
