they offered free delivery and a free sandwich.. what’s not to like? i got. $10 brisket sandwich for free and their famous mint chocolate chip shake. sandwich is delicious and warm and the shake is too cold for a spoon! thick and great! this was worth it
First off I would like to say Kendra is a very nice person. And I worked with her for several months. However, today when me and my girlfriend went through we ordered a honey mustard wrap with our order. She asked at the window if we had the honey mustard wrap with our order, and when we arrived back home there was no honey mustard wrap. Honestly, I understand it happens sometimes but damn, you asked at the window
Don't go at night. They don't care about food quality at all. Lettuce is nasty and slimy all fried food tasted cold and like they just turned off timers. Roast beef included. Nothing was fresh. the service showed a complete lack of care in anything. Freaking nasty
My husband and I have taken our grandsons to Arby's in cedar springs several times over the past six months. The manager has given us a hard time about using the kids meal coupons twice in that period of time...one time he said I couldn't use the kids meal coupons on the six piece nugget meal (there was nothing on the coupon excluding any kids meal???) And last week when we went he said we had to buy one full priced meal to get one kids meal at the coupon rate ...so if I wanted to use the coupon for up to three kids meals as displayed on the coupon I would have to buy three full price meal (coupon did not say anything about buying a full price meal to use the coupon) I guess the manager forgot to look out the window and see how many other fast food options are right there. Needless to say we will be taking our grandsons somewhere else. Too bad the manager is forcing your customers away by giving them a hard time when they want to use coupons. Goodbye Arby's.
Drive thru person taking my order was pretty rude and my order was wrong. I didn't feel comfortable going and having them fix it. I rarely write negative reviews but this was just a bad experience. I am less likely to want to go to Arby's in the future.
The lady working the front line taking orders is literally the glue holding this place together, white lady, long dark hair no name tag unfortunately. But she was doing 4 different jobs at the same time and yes I waited a bit to place my order but my food came out super fast. Please give this woman a raise. Foods good too I mean it's Arby's come on. It's 12/8/23 Friday night at 6pm no reason not to reward this lady for her hard work.
The service was ok. Not real friendly. The food was awful. Chicken cooked too long. Turkey sandwich had very little turkey. Toppings were old not fresh.
$50 on food and the fries taste like they are 10 hours old and feel like it too. Felt like we were an inconvenience ordering food at 10pm. Don't work there if it's too late for you or change the hours. Even tipped the girl and our food was almost unedible but after a long day had to eat something. Usually good food and service but this was trash.
