I went to the front door of the restaurant so that I could buy a to-go order for dinner, and the door was locked! Their hours open for dining-in (basically entering the store) said until 10 pm, just like their drive-thru, but obviously not!
Gotta love Arby's. There crispy chicken and fish sandwich's are just a little better then most of there competitors. Got to admit loved 5 for 5 but gone forever?
I ordered online and food came out after about 10 minutes. Everything was fresh amd tasted great. The employees all had a positive vibe.
Well Arby’s you did me dirty! I should have checked the money that night but as a 1st time mom & I don’t get out much or rarely go out to eat a good burger was sounding so good to me & my husband. So what do you 2 works do rolled me up a ripped $50 saying ohh it’s windy so I don’t want it to blow away. Now I am dealing with this ripped $50. So yeah you did me dirty. So I we’ll never return. Anyone who goes thru drive thru & pays cash no matter how nice they act or say check your money.
It was late in the day, too far back to the guest house so we stopped here. I spent $18 (with a coupon!) for a so-so hamburger and fries.
Staff was friendly & attentive to my order. Restaurant & grounds ate clean & neat.
Went for an order of curly fries and wanted for 12 minutes. Was the only one in line and restaurant. This is a common occurrence. Won't be back.
They need to replace it with something else.
It has always been when you order through the drive thru the person taking your order repeats what you ordered.
Please train your people better that way you hopefully get what you ordered
