First time I’ve had something from Arby’s that I didn’t like. The new Philly cheesesteak is awful. The meat tastes fake, the sauce is overpowering, and there isn’t any cheese?? Not sure what’s going on but this was a massive disappointment. Also the bread was very, very soggy.
Came through the drive thru late and ordered 2 french dips, chicken sandwich and a roast beef sandwich on the 2 for $6, and a small curly fry.
I was not asked about wanting any sauces, so when I realized that I didn't have any sauces I went back through and got them. When I got home there was no au jus for the French dips. I quickly drove back over and informed them I was missing the ai jus. In the past, if that happened I got an apology and a voucher for my trouble. Not tonight. No apology and no offered voucher. I asked if there was anything they could do for my trouble and was told no because it was a "sauce" and that if they had missed a sandwich maybe they could've done something. I explained that this wasn't just sauce, but the dip in "French dip". The worker rudely said, "No, we can't do anything" and shut the window on me. No smile, no apology, no attempt to make things right. It was not convenient for me to come back to get something they forgot. On top of all this, when I got home the au jus was not warm and not well mixed as there were floaties in it. I assume they may have been out or had already put the au jus away and attempted to mix some in the cup.

My wife got violently ill after eating the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I really love Arby's, but there was something off about the food yesterday. Please do better about checking food before it's served.
I like the new rib sandwich. Sadly They've changed their menu and removed some items I liked. But still lots of good stuff on their menu. But the price on the happy hour items has gone up.
Took over 25 minutes in drive-thru from the time I ordered to when we got the food. By that time the fries were cold and drinks were watered down because they had been on the counter for the full time. They were apologetic for the time it took, but it wasn't the first time they have been slow. Thus store also doesn't honor most coupons you get as mailers. We've been stuck paying full price because they tell you they'll add it at the window and rhen once your there, then they say they don't honor it.
Store was clean. Fast service.
Food was enjoyable. I ordered the chicken filet sandwich and chocolate shake.
Went here again last night 2/28/2022.
Customer service was still friendly, but dining room was not clean. Food was still prepared correctly and quick. This time ordered gyros, sliders, both types of fries and drinks.

I come here about once a week... I keep coming back to this location because... the store is always clean, the lobby is always open, and today Tyler made me the best chicken, bacon sandwich ever! The employees here are cheerful and happy to serve the customer! Mady, the cashier, very happy individual and great smile, was very awesome, she also kept the tables cleaned and sanitized.. I recommend this Arby's over any other in Utah County! Enjoy the meal and service!
Just get the Arby's coupons in the mail and this is one of the best deals in fast food!
Mix up some Arby's sauce with some Horsey sauce--better than any fry sauce!
This location was pretty quick and served fresh fries which is always a plus!
