This is how I received my double beef n cheddar sandwich. I took a couple bites and opened the buns to see why the meat was so chewy and completely inedible. It looked like someone chewed up the beef and spit it onto my sandwich. I threw away the food because it was making me gag after a couple bites. To be fair the curly fries were good, but this was such a terrible experience I will never eat here again!
The food was typical and reliable. Service was average. But the place was filthy! Food on the floor, all but two tables were dirty and yet there was only us and one other party in the whole restaurant. The workers were chatting it up in the back so they had ample time to clean.
Portion sizes are AWFUL. This combo, with a 4 piece mozzarella stick, was $15 dollars. The au jus was not even half full. The workers are friendly, but these portion sizes are not worth the price.
I don’t usually come to this location but because of how close I am to this Arby’s, whenever I doordash, this is the restaurant my food comes from. I’ve never had an issue in the past until now.
let me preface by saying, I truly don’t mind written messages ON sandwich boxes from the employees. however, two sandwiches I had ordered tonight had messages written INSIDE the boxes in a really smelly, black marker. the marker was so smelly that it literally made the bread of the sandwich taste and smell like a sharpie marker. like I mentioned before, messages on sandwich boxes are fine, but this was really unnecessary and made my sandwiches unsafe to eat.
thankfully I got my money back from doordash, but I wanted to share my experience!!
Saratoga Springs fast food joints are the absolute worst and Arby's is no exception. Every time we order, they always manage to screw something up.
Tonight I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich "LOADED WITH PICKLES". Those were the exact words used.
Guess how many pickles I got. ZERO. See photos.
And they didn't even fill the fry container.
Why do people in this town suck at basic instructions? Literally every place here is like this.
Fries, chicken tenders, gyros, and roast beef sandwich were all just below lukewarm. Didn't get any sauces. A busy Friday evening shouldn't be an excuse, but things happen and I'll probably try it one more time.
Food was cold even though just ordered. The roast beef was HARD and tough like shoe leather! The gyro meat was also really gross . Looked old. I usually love Arby’s but this time missed the mark.
Drive-thru: the sack was so full we couldn't check our order until we got home. They gave us a DoorDash order in the bottom of our overloaded sack and skipped the "bunless" we wanted. So one of our party couldn't eat. All the sandwiches were smashed and the meat seemed a little rubbery. Not the usual quality. But they were super friendly!
