Arby's really picked up their menu offering since the last time I went years ago. Food was good but nothing to make me really want to go back. The store was clean and organized. Their deals in the app are limited but better than some of their competitors.
I plan on not waiting another 10 years to go back again, but not as often as other fast food offerings in the area.
I haven't been to an ARBY'S in decades but have heard from others that it's good, so I finally gave it try again. I had the 1/2 pound cheddar and cheese and I was impressed! It was sloppy good and I won't hesitate to go back for more.
Can't accurately rate atmosphere as we got food through the drive thru, but if the employees lackluster service was any indicator, it would have been abysmal. Food was actually the worst I've ever encountered from any Arby's. Sandwiches assembled in a very messy manor and lacking the correct toppings.
Awful chicken wrap, dry, crust falling off chicken nuggets. not enough filling for that dried out tortilla. The cheese was crumley like plastic. Very dissapointed. Would not recommend.
We waited and waited watching people order after us and get their food. They told us our order got accidentally deleted.
Ordered classic roast beef with horsy sauce. Got to the window and was asked if I wanted any sauce. Told her I would like 4 horsy sauces packets. Got home (5 mile drive) to find NO horsy sauce. 5 mile drive back and 5 mile home to a cold sandwich. Need some serious training on listening or stop asking!
Fast service, good food. They got my special order right, and the service was really friendly and efficient.
The lady who took my order from the drive-through lane was rude and short with me. I was the only customer in line, and the restaurant was empty. She was rushing me to decide what to order. I don't eat much fast food but I do like their brisket sandwich. I did enjoy the sandwich. The orange shake was good, too.
