So I really wanted to get a classic Greek gyro. I know, this is a roast beef restaurant. However, several years back they introduced the classic Greek gyro sandwich. . It has the correct sauce and is on pita bread and is very good.. I grew up around university towns,, so I know what various authentic gyros should taste like.. these are worth the try.. this Arby's was the only closest one.. I ran an errand and popped in to eat. The location is fine. Nothing special. It looks busy. The store is typical. Service was good food was good and stord was clean. I dined inside and I would go again.
It was just an OK experience at this particular Arby’s. The general manager took our order but something a little disturbing when I walked in. Was they still had the plexiglass up by the register which was installed during “Covid.”
I asked her why it was still up, she gave me some excuse because she doesn’t have a handyman and or something or rather. It’s a little weird and impersonal when you come to a place like this area like this and I feel like you’re talking through plexiglass at prison.
Covid is over. Time to grow up and move on.
The food tasted fine and the staff was very friendly. I only wish they would not be so misleading with quantity on their commercials. I understand that they're produced on TV ads to look good. But the quantity on TV is no where near what you actually get. The roast beef is not even half as much and the fish when they do have it is about a half of what you see in the ad. Given their prices that are sky high, I will not be returning. I went when they had their roast beef or fish 2 for $6 special. I would not pay more than one dollar for the roast beef based on quantity. The fish maybe worth $3 but I'm not crazy about the taste. What a disappointment.
We had not been to Arby's for awhile but glad we did.
The lady at the drive up window was very pleasant.
There were extra napkins and sauces in our order.
I typicall come for lunch but today, I went to my Favorite arby's for dinner around 545 ish. I chose because the coupons I had. All the guys for the night shift were working hard through the start of the the dinner rush. I was offered complimentary items for my wait. Everyone took notice when my order took longer than ideal wait for fresh chicken. Customer service was good from each employee who helped me.

I only know by name Everest but the whole crew there, day and night shift , always , give me good, quality , service! They always have great attitudes and always working as a team to get the customers orders done !

Don’t go here within 15 minutes of closing, they’ll ignore you. Pulled in at 9:45 on a Friday, with clearly labeled hours that they close at 10. I don’t even know if anyone was on the premises.
Drive thru service was top notch, very friendly, courteous and polite. Food good quality. Quick service.
I order the classic chicken sandwich(he said wait for 5mins for your fresh chicken), I got the something else, I don’t what that called,
