Ordered as second car in line. Was told there was no tea or lemonade. It was a little over an hour before closing, so no big deal. Waited 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get their food, then was finally able to pay for my order. I then proceeded to wait for another 10 minutes for my food. So, 20 minutes total in waiting for two roast beef sandwich combos. Get home to eat, and the fries were the only good thing in the meal. The roast beef was somehow burnt or just really, really dry. Wife couldn't eat hers, so threw most of it away. I powered through because I spent money on it. It was not great. Do not come here if within 2 hours of closing. I'm hoping that earlier it is better.
I wanted a Reuben sandwich and fries with very little to no salt on the fries. A young lady came over the speaker and said she would frie fresh fries for me with no salt, and I was ecstatic to hear that volunteered by the server. Thank you for providing me with exceptional quality service. I'll be back!

I ordered the hush puppie breaded fish and fries well done.
they had my box redy by the time I pulled up so I already knew they didn't cook my food well done fresh and hot.
I pick up 1 of the 5 small planks of the fish and it broke in half.
I handed the box back to them and told them i wanted fresh hot and well fish and fries.
she told me to pull up and 2 minutes later she returned to my window with the box.
fish was hot and fries wasn't.
I just pulled off and said to myself that I'll never go back and spend my money with them no more.

Today was the first time since then that I’ve ordered from here per my brother’s request.
They were out of items that they had on their online menu which was ok. Kind of a downer but not a big deal. The girl at the drive thru window had an attitude and a stank face on and almost forgot our drinks which I had to remind her about. The food was thrown into the bag with someone’s saucy finger prints all over each package. There was no cheese on one sandwich, another was like a deconstructed sandwich, and the fries seemed stale.
For an Arbys, not very high expectations at all but for this location in particular, a disappointment.
First of all we placed an online order and they took forever. Tell us at the last minute they don't have curly fries. Okay get the order, the order is wrong. The sandwiches don't have cheese. I call the store and The so called Manager at this particular location on night duty is very rude and ignorant. We paid $37 for our order and it wasn't right. Instead of the so called manager on duty resolving the issue. She kept hanging up the phone. Asking me what I want her to do? Whoa! Finally after having to call multiple times from being hung up on, she Offered to replace my meal then said they were closed. Who has time for games when you paid your money? Yeah, I was frustrated because it was the end of the night and the food was thrown together. Please teach your employees to empathize and take ownership when wrong. Not hang up on the customer or not resolve the issue. Maybe your company should reconsider who you put in a leader position if they are going to make your business and brand look bad. If your ordered something and it was all messed up, you would be upset too. What happened to great customer service? I am so disappointed. This one on night shift has none.
First time ordering the new FISH SANDWICH and I would order it again! I'm usually a straight ROAST BEEF sandwich eater at Arby's, but this one and the Market Sandwiches do not disappoint!! The ONLY thing that DOES disappoint me is NOT HAVING MY POTATO CAKES....BRING'EM BAAAACK, BRING'EM BACK FOR ME!!

The food is good here, especially the Wagyu beef burger. The service was a little slow considering the place was completely empty except for us, but the staff was polite. We did a pickup order to go in the app and it took about 15 minutes to get our food. This is definitely a good place to go if you're not in a hurry and don't want to wait in a long line. The dining area was clean.
I've been going to this particular one for a few years now and each time they are out of something. This time it was the milkshake machine, roast beef and onions. The time before that it was bacon. The time before that it was turkey. It's always something......smh
