Service was not good. Rude employee, I was given a beef and cheddar and the meat was discolored, looked a bit green had a funny taste so i threw it. It was only one slice but with that I won’t come back also. This location has issues with giving the correct orders. My coworkers have complained as well we work next to this location and have seen a big decline in service.
To be honest I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. I found much of their menu a tad boring and lacking breadth of options. I decided to try it again the other day to refresh my memory and wasn't disappointed.
I paid about 12 dollars for my sandwich meal. The drink was done correctly when I asked for light ice. The fries were as you see them in the picture with the carton only half full (and yes I checked the bag for the fries fallen from grace and there was only one). The sandwich was underwhelming on flavor and texture. I got the Philly Steak and Cheese. The flavor was bland, the meat not plentiful and the bread not toasted.
Their service was fast and the had not complaints in that department. I might come back to try one of their original sandwiches but this visit was a letdown.
Went through the drive through on our way out of town. Ordered two regular roast beef sandwiches and two sodas. The drinks were handed out the window to us and I noticed one to be an odd color. I asked if it was half tea and half lemonade. The lady stared at me a second and then said she had just made a mistake. She put fruit punch and lemonade together, her coworker erupted into laughter. We got a little chuckle out of her too. They remade the drink handed it to us and the sandwiches. We were back on the road in just a short amount of time. Very friendly ladies working the drive thru.
Now open again!!! After remodeling then burning down and completely closing for a long time while they completely removed the old structure and built a new one. Nice new building and restaurant! This location has a bigger parking lot accessible to RV’s and commercial trucks ???? with trailers. Our food was great and the service was excellent and accurate!!!????
The blonde chick who worked the window was very rude, didn't say anything to us just handed out the food and walked away. She should be making the food if she doesn't want to deal with people.
Very mediocre experience! I ordered the beef and cheddar sandwich combo. The sandwich showed absolutely no pride in construction. When i unwrapped the sandwich, literally 3/4 of the meat was not on the bun but slopped to the side and wrapped. I had to put the meat back into the bun, but this made the bun soggy. Over half my fries measured less than 1/2 inch in length. Never again!
The chicken nuggets were so over cooked they were almost inedible, the roast beef and cheddar was an unbelievable sloppy mess the shakes were FANTASTIC staff very friendly & fast, the lobby floor was filthy..there was a nasty used bandage and paper pieces all over in front of registers and an odifferious dirty man passed out in the lobby so we decided to get food to go
Went through 15 minutes before closing, but they made everything fresh for us and we’re very polite. Nice to see that that is rare.
