The Morgantown, WV Arby’s location is located close the WVU’s Evansdale Campus. The food and service were both decent when I visited.
Just keep the fish sandwich on the menu all year long. Hands down, best fast food fish sandwich available.
Although the week before I had a horrible experience (incorrect item, then remade the same way incorrectly, then I have up) I decided to give them another try and I am glad I had. I had a great experience, no issues with mobile order, it was done at the time requested and it was correct. Every worker I interacted with was very friendly as well. I will be back again.
Best service ever! They were about a min before closing, the lady took my order & was so kind. I wish I knew her name, cause she deserves a shout out, and a raise..
My hunny & I had went to buger King they said there weren't fixing burgers, then we went to Wendy's and everything I ordered they said they didn't have it. So Arby's was more than accommodating. Delicious with a friendly and pleasant lady. The date was 1-7-24 at bout 10. Thanks Arby's!
The The Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger was better than I expected! This burger ???? offers up a 6.4-ounce patty that's a blend of 52% American Wagyu and 48% ground beef.. it actually tasted better than it looks!
Worst service ever poor customer service and harrassment at 4:26 pm came in to get 3 roast beef and cheddar and 2 curly fries and mozzarella sticks and a bacon swiss chicken and the lady at the counter with sunglasses on threw my roast beef down on the tray violently and cussed at me. The curly fries was old and cold and i had to be harrased again just to go back inside to get my chicken sandwich. Corporate was notified. Damaged the roast beef and cheddar wrapper and dumped the cold curly fries in bag and ripped bag
I normally go to this Arby's & I always get the 2 for 7 with classic roast beef sandwiches & a side of ajus but 2 weeks ago i went and first the awful experience started at the drive thru.. The same older lady who always works the drive thru was there & she huffed & puffed then said I wasn't allowed to get the classic instead of the beef & cheddar. But she still did it after saying "well I'll get in trouble but I'll do it". Like I haven't been getting this for months now already...Ok so then I go to pay and I paid with a $100 bill . My change was 92 and some change. She shorted me 2 dollars and even acted very weird when giving me my change too. Her demeanor had just changed for some reason. So I waited until after I got my food to tell her I knew she shorted me 2 dollars & she quickly said while rolling her eyes, "oh I'll give it back to you"... I said no I guess you needed it more. AND I LEFT... All to check my food & it was ALL cold as ice!!! even the Ajus that's supposed to be made with hot water, yeah it was ice cold too.!! I'll never go back but beware if you choose to!!
Food was served hot,not the best french fries. Not sure if it was due to the oil they were cooked in or if some was cooked to long
