Went there because we love Arby’s. We are doing a lot of driving and needed fast food so we could keep going. We ordered roast beef because they are easy to eat in the car right? Nope! Check out the pics. They cubed their roast beef which made it taste a little different but then 1 bite into the sandwich it was raining cubes of meat everywhere
It was a mess it didn’t taste as good and ai regret the stop. No warning.
Okay food. Okay service. Nasty restroom. Hadn’t been touched for a hot minute! Just imagine the same people making your food using the same dirty restroom…
Order took a lot of time, and the food was cold when we got it.
Can't understand why drive thru was moving fast and the lobby waits.
All I ordered was mozzarella sticks and they were frozen in the middle still so they must’ve pulled them out of the fryer earlier than needed/required. The audacity of it and giving people uncooked fast food is crazy.
The food was a little sloppy but tasted fine. I went there for lunch and the service was quick. However, the employees looked like they wanted to kill themselves. I used to work fast food so I know it’s tough to have a smile when you don’t get paid much but it’s good to fake a smile. Arby’s has gotten so expensive. To get anything besides a snack will cost you $5 at least. Overall, nothing special or bad about this place; just medium.
This picture here is supposed to be the “double” beef and cheddar. It’s about 3 times smaller than advertised. Pathetic.
We tried all of the sauces, honey mustard was best. Food took about 8 minutes and we both enjoyed our meals
They barely put any cheese on the Roast Beef & Cheddar (Small dallop, not bear their normal amount. Could not even taste the cheese), also the fries were cold and stale. We also asked for plenty of horsey and Arby's sauce but only got the horsey sauce.
