Person at drive thru was great. He asked if I wanted 1 cheese cup? I wanted a cup for each of the 3 large curly fries I ordered. Cheese cups cost $0.80 each and were only filled a quarter of the way. That will only cover maybe 5 curly fries.
Was a great place nice people working at the register, my food came out pretty fast only downside Is they spelled my name with one n
Update: went there today nobody was there to take my order until I shouted "is anyone here" I was inside by the way. Dirty tables. Whoever wiped them to clean them off basically covered all the tables with sticky smudges. And I'm pretty sure I left right before the place was going to get robbed.
I went to purchase the 2 for $ 6.00 due to the beginning of Lent . The drive thru is supposed to move quickly and I understand that you have regular customers that want to talk but if you have a line you can't chit chat. The fish sandwich was tasteless even though it was a Hawaiian fish sandwich.
Got asked to pull around after ordering on the app and arriving 2 mins before my order. Sat for an additional 15 mins. Went inside to find my order sitting on the counter. Had rude service then ignored when I went inside and asked simply how long it had been sitting. Found the milk for the kids meal in the bag. All food cold. Milk not as cold as it should be. Called and spoke to Sheree pretty politely after wasting my money here for her to snap off and blame having too many door dash orders. No one's order is less important then others. It's free to be nice to people. And unless it's coming out of your wages, you should really try to be nicer and accommodate your stores mistake. And instead of making excuses and telling me I should inconvenience myself by having to come back after your mess up and you're rude?! I don't know how people like Sheree work with customers but clearly this is not the right environment for her. It's so sad this is the only arbys nearby.
When I came inside it was empty, there was a jacked huge dude he was 19 years old he was big he was so nice, to be honest I was struggling with my order, something mcdonalds workers wouldnt accept and be mad, but arbys was good, the guy was so nice and friendly and he was honest with the but he sells its a 10-10 this time and i will come back as always..
The staff here is so nice, and so attentive. I dined in and the manager and the rest of the staff definitely were so nice, I've never has such a wonderful experience at a fast food resturant.
The new hush puppy battered fish are amazing. Now my favorite fast food. Do yourself a favor and try it. So good!
Went to Arby's for the first time EVER lol had to try their wagu burger and I have to say I was not dissapointed I'm picky when it to comes to burgers every since I had a whataburger in Texas but Arby's really outdid themselves with this burger it was really really good to bad its only limited or this would be my new burger joint.
