I ordered a double roast beef and cheddar. And I ended up with a single roast beef. No cheddar sauce and when I asked for them to make the correct sandwich. All they did was give me a cup of cheddar, but they did not give me the double roast beef that I paid for very rude
As fast food goes it was pretty good. Had the old stand by, a regular beef and cheddar with bacon. It was juicy and messy which is always sign of a of a good sandwich. The people were friendly and courteous and had our food out quickly.
We go here all the time. Food is always made quickly and always fresh. And not to mention how incredible the staff is. Highly recommended.
Idk what the deal is with this location but you would think the bronco berry sauce is coming out of there paychecks! Even if I offer to pay for extra they won't give it to me!!! No where on the website or in store does it say that we are limited to any sauces! There is an older women who is very loud that is not a very nice person she always has attitude and flat out told the "boss" " don't do it" when I asked for an extra 2 sauces. Is there gold in the sauce? Very unprofessional!!!
I was here yesterday and the brat at the drive thru window really judged me for not wanting to donate to Arby’s Veteran cause. She was so rude, didn’t say a word to us after I politely declined, and then she smirked at me as she handed me my order most likely because she knew she purposely made my order wrong. They put sweet and sour sauce on my beef n cheddar. You guys are a bunch of losers. Grow up. Also, I hope that lady that you argued with right after me taught you a little something.
Went inside. Clean. Employees were attentive and got my order quickly and correct ( we all know how much that means anymore ). I do wish when I ordered they would have mentioned the buy BOGO offer if I had order thru the app. Noticed the sign on the counter while waiting but they said yes would have had to order thru the app.
i prefer drive thru. This location consistently wants you to park because of their service timer. Even though there is noone behind me in the drive thru its more important for their “numbers” than to serve a customer how the system was designed and intended.
Absolutely horrible. I dont know why I gave them another chance. It was horrible last time we went and tonight the gyros which used to be good were rock hard. Inedible. We tried to take a bite and threw them away. Disgusting. March 6 2024 at 9 pm.
