Literally the best fast food experience of my life. The pink/brown-haired girl at the front counter deserves a serious raise. She went above and beyond with her hospitality for all of the patrons in the store and the the food was prepared quickly and was good, as well.
I travel from New York Cit to Lancaster PA often. On the way home I stop by this Arbys in Kutztown Pa. Most often I drive up to the window and get my order and drive away. It is always good Arbys food. Love their roast beef sandwich with the horseradish.
This time we decided to get out of the car and go in. The store manager was there to help up. I am handicapped and the store is fully handicap accessible. They were really friendly and helped us with all the specials and discounts. It is such a nice place.
The kitchen has been completely renovated and the operations very streamlined. The bathrooms were very clean (You get the 5th star for that). The tables and dining area were really clean and pleasant. The really cool thing about this Arbys is that it is set on a hill overlooking a beautiful scenic pasture. It was an amazing treat to get out of the car and dine in such a place.
We had a wonderful time and the food was good as always. We really appreciated our visit to your beautiful place.
Ordered the double beef and cheddar and it was the exact same size as the regular, was hoping for a slightly larger sandwich.
The food was amazing but the one girl I think her name was Michelle definitely deserves a raise she helped me decide on what to eat and suggested the turkey gyro and it did not disappoint I loved it so much I’m definitely gonna be back she definitely deserves a raise and her hospitality was was exceptional.
This is the best fast food chain there is the most delicious smoked brisket sandwich you can eat it melts in your mouth
I visited the Whitehall Arbys a couple days ago, and i ordered 2 RB Classics and a large Hawaiian Punch. The 2 sandwiches served to me had buns that were dry and bland tasting and there was not the usual amount of beef that a Classic would normally have on them. I didnt enjoy the meall really at all and the Hawaiian Punch had NO ICE in it. AND - there were NO NAPKINS in the bag! Gggrrrr....Do you call that Great Service Arbys? Had even worse experiences having Uber Eats deliver from this Arbys!!
Which leads me to ask one final question directed to you, Arbys and that Question is 'Where's the Beef"??
Awful roast beef sandwich. Didn’t look like meat. Restaurant needs a remodel.
It was what a fast food restaurants should be. The service was great, and it was quick. And I mean extremely quick . I go there quite frequently now
