I didn't have time to make food before going to work today so I stopped by Arby's on the way to work. I ordered the bacon & cheddar beef brisket and they gave me this garbage instead. If they don't have what I ordered they should've said so instead of giving me something completely different. Now I have to work an 11 hour shift on just mozzarella sticks.
Zero stars if I could. Online ordered my food to be picked up by 12:15. Didn't leave the store with my food till 12:40. Overheard the staff say they had been accidentally handing my food out the drive thru windows. Manager gave me 2 meal vouchers for God knows why. I wouldn't subject myself to that again. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund at 12:30 because I was now going to be late back to work and they wouldn't, leaving me no choice but to stand there and wait. What a joke
Came in for Teacher Appreciation and to redeem my coupon. I was told that I needed my ID to prove I was a teacher from an older woman (which I didn’t mind going back to my car to grab), and the younger employee said it was fine. The older employee started to get into a disagreement and it led to an argument, all while trying to get my food. After ordering my food, they continued to argue in front of other employees and customers. Overall, VERY awkward experience ordering here.
it looks so old it’s ugly, the people are flat out rude. one of the mangers looks like a tweaker. they really need to do drug tests around there. i sat in there for about an hour they served the same fries that were sitting there for an hour. the floors are disgusting, it smells like mold. and i got food poisoning after eating her. there were was also an employee who had dandruff in his hair making weird animal noises. don’t even know how this place is still running
To go order. I ordered the regular chicken wrap and I received the spicey strap instead. Didn't open it until after we left the drive up. Not worth going back as they are at a difficult intersection to get back and request a swap
THEY GAVE ME SPARKLING WATER INSTEAD OF WATER. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. NEVER GONNA TRY DRIVE THRU AGAIN!!!!!
They were Terrible at taking an order charged me way too much not quite sure if that is even fixed and it took forever for the service
Not good. Roast beef looked green and was dry around the edges. Asked for new and was refused because I took one bite. How is one to know if something is good without taking a bite? Awful
