Im from the Danbury area and the Arbys here is fantastic. We're moving near North Haven and Inwas curious how good this Arby's is and after reading the reviews, needless to say we are pretty scared to visit this restaurant, out of the negative reviews just too many about workers handling phones and then preparing food without washing hands, and the one about the person handling cleaning chemicals then cross contamination immediately making food, we we're horrified. Pay your workers more money and get better help. Owner should be ashamed and no don't ask me to give feedback here it is. Fix your restaurant. Treat your employees correctly and train them properly. Have pride in what you do Tyrone... you reap what you sow.
Not terrible. Chicken kinda dry. Better options out there for the price.
We were passing through this town when we saw Arby's. We used the drive thru and brought the food home. It was excellent. We had a French dip meal and 2 beef and cheddar meals with curly fries. Everything was fresh and put together well. The girl at the drive thru was excellent. Will go back again.
This was disgusting, filthy and customer service was terrible. I watch the cashier who's name on my receipt says Tyrone handle the register, pull up his pants ,text on his phone then have the nerve to walk in the back without washing his hands or putting on gloves grab chicken nuggets or strips out a bag then dump them into a basket. I'm so tired of seeing people come into work acting like their home . He seem to care more about be the cool thug or homeboy on the job considering he was the only guy around a bunch of females then doing his job. I understand this is fast food but are there no standards anymore. I'm not gonna even get into the females working because they was just as bad. Then they wonder why drunks and bums hang around this establishment. Management want to make the restaurant better start hiring people that won't take the job for granted and even if it's not their main job or dream job use this job as a stepping stone to do better and be better. We're paying to much money nowadays for bad service.
Fair experience at this restaurant; my second visit in 5+ years. The meat is "eh" in taste. Restaurant cleanliness, general, have become third priority or lower. The customer service was commendable.
Close proximity to Rt91 N/SO r xits make this convenient stop for fast food.
I recommend other close-by establishments.
Arby's is at a simular stage as Roy Roger prior to shutting operations.
The manager on that day serves both of us. She was very friendly and funny. It makes my day splendid after my doctor's appointment.
Both Ketchup dispensers were either empty or broken. We had to ask for packets. The fish sandwiches were good. They seemed smaller than in previous years.
The sandwich that I ordered was delicious, will order from Arby's again, I recommend trying my favorite the gyro sandwich my husband ordered fish sandwich, but they didn't have any more fish, so he just ordered something else
