My husband and I wanted to sit in a booth and they were all dirty. We asked the staff to clean it and he just told us to sit somewhere else. I had the beef gyro and it was very dry. Also, we had to listen to the staff's son watch a video game loudly while we ate. We won't be returning to this one. I was very disappointed in the place and staff.
Apparently it's always bring your kid to work day here. Employees have their kids controlling TV in resteraunt so loud can't think never mind what they are watch. AS FOR everything else food was sub par sandwich wasn't even on the bun when opened. Wife order beef gyro but was not beef. Place was dirty ask if they could clean a both for use to sit and Guy working front said no just sit somewhere else won't be back there is a very good reason the others in area have closed this one won't be to far behind
GOING TO THE DOWNERS GROVE LOCATION IS USUALLY VERY HIT OR MISS AND GOING AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING I WASN'T EXPECTING MUCH BUT IT WAS PROBABLY THE BEST FRESHEST ARBY'S GIANT I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!! NOW BRING BACK THE DANG POTATOE CAKES!
This is the absolute cleanest restaurant I have ever seen. Not just the cleanest Arby’s or fast food- this place is spotless! Food and service were spot on! Give this manager a raise!
All good but 1 customer on the in restaurant was very loud on his phone Manger should have told him to take the call outside. Not a good way to enjoy lunch.
I love Arby's but won't be going back any more. I ordered online at work for our usual once a week lunch order. I went to the Arby's and they said they have no order showing. The manager just stood there talking with a coworker and told me they have nothing to do with the app. I said ok then what do I do about my order? They said they couldn't help. So I had to order the food again and pay in person twice because my coworkers were expecting food. Arby's hasn't offered any solution so I paid about $62 for a lunch for 3 people. Just an all around terrible experience.
The employees are gracious and impeccable and the service was outstanding. But the overall place seemed a little dirty to me.
Love Arby's. Get the gyro. It's great. I ate it all.
