The food was delicious and the senior specials totally rock. The place was a little short-staffed, as lots of places are this early in the season, but our server, Brittany, was efficient and friendly. I definitely recommend it.
Owner greets you at the door! Staff is super friendly, the food is great always fresh and hot! Prices are comparable with everyone else in the area, only place here (Pawleys Island) that does Buffett on the weekends!
I happened upon this place as it’s close to a place I frequent for acupuncture. The food is delicious…the service is fast and friendly. I typically enjoy omelets for breakfast but the draw for me here is the buttery French toast with powdered sugar.
I've only eaten here once before several (read 20+ years ago) and it was spectacular.
Apparently since then, they have added their own recipe of shrimp ???? and grits to the menu. These should be award winning on their own.
It's a steep price for a breakfast buffet and coffee but we'll worth it.
We went for the Sunday breakfast buffet and it was fantastic! Every item was hot, fresh and of high quality. Price is a bit steep for a breakfast buffet at $14.99 for adults, but the quantity, quality and service makes the price competitive.
We’ve lived in Georgetown all our lives and never been to Applewood’s so when I won a gift card for two free meals at the County’s Backhoe Rodeo we were excited to try it out. Got there and they said there is new management that won’t honor the gift cards. Feel like we just got the old bait and switch. This was a one and done trip. The food was good enough to go again.
Good breakfast fare in a friendly casual environment. Similar to a usual breakfast diner. Thr food is good and the price is right. I do think they could use a few more wait staff as the servers always seem frazzled running around from table to table.
Our waitress was an angel.. Awesome in every way..She was punctual and friendly.. easy to fall in love with..More people need to be like this young lady
