It's been years since I ate at any of this restaraunt. Food was ok. Not a wide variety of choices on the menu, caesar salad wasn't topped with shaved cheese as I was expecting. I had JUST missed the 'half-off' appetizers. Servers should let patrons know about specials once seated though. Just saying. Not bad if you're hungry and want to sit down and eat something BUT call to check if any Deals before you go.
Visited again in March 2024 and service went down, Adults drinks were ordered and not only did they take forever to arrive, I didn't taste ANY alcohol in them. Appetizers took about 35 minutes to get to the table! We were done drinking AND eating appetizers and waiting for ENTREE and the WAITRESS kept zooming pass us as if we didn't exist!! No one checked back on us and my 7 year old niece kept asking for food cuz we were ALL hungry. Waitress had a major attitude! Maybe overwhelmed? I don't know. The RACK of RIBS had barely to no sauce on it and it was tough. No one at my table enjoyed their meal.So for that, I have UPDATED my review needless to say.
I can’t remember his name, I believe he was a manager. I picked up my order from here a few days ago and the service was FANTASTIC!! The manger I believe it was had asked me who the pickup was for seconds after i walked in the door. Not only that but he was very sweet and polite. I just wanted to say thank you so much!! It is truly appreciated especially when I am on break from my job. Keep up the amazing work!! :)
I dined there recently with some friends and our waiter was extremely pleasant and very helpful. We all enjoyed our meals and ended up ordering desserts. Applebee's offers a good selection of meals and desserts and we were all very happy with our selections.
I thank the kitchen staff for us, wonderful food, very good seasoning, The meat was perfect. This was probably the best dinner in the last two years. thanks for the service(03/25/22) the service guy is very good.
The staff were amazing and helpful. We had three kids, four and under, and the food was brought out quickly.

Upon entering the Millbury, MA Applebee's, I was immediately greeted by an incredibly welcoming staff.
Amongst this staff, was Jake.
Jake is the shining example of what it means to give examplorary customer service. Even amongst his busy guests, he found the time to stop by the bar and talk with me.
Jake is an employee that all Applebee's employees should look up to and admire.
Jake is one of a kind and deserves recognition.
After the emotional rollercoaster that was the Jake experience, I sat at the bar and was met with the most personable bartender I have ever met.
Meet Jasmine, a friendly, humorous, sports loving woman with a passion for what she does and a love for delivering the best service to her customers that she can.
If Jasmine does not melt your heart, Applebee's mozzarella sticks will.
Jasmine is a genuine soul and cares for the people that are lucky enough to come across her path as if she has known them all her life.
Also, Jake sucks at chess.
Our waiter was amazing. He laughed at my son's jokes and listened when they talked. Which for me as a special needs mom is the best thing to see when we go out. The waiter made our night out great.
