Calls to dispatch for updates, schedules and other info takes more than 30mins to respond. Very unreliable source of transportation (time wise), would not recommend for newcomers or those with strict/ fluctuating time schedules. It’s even worse in the colder months. Cannot guarantee or request a persons schedule, even at the earliest response time.
Uber, Lyft, a friend, or family members would be a better choice then this.
shouldnt take hours to schedule a ride and it shoudnt take hours to check on a ride when you call to leave a message they never call you back
METRO CONNECTS NEW SCHEDULE A RIDE SYSTEM IS NOT VERY EFFECTIVE. SOMETIMES IT TAKES OVER AN HOUR TO SCHEDULE A RIDE. THEIR "OLD" WAY OF SCHEDULING WAS SO MUCH BETTER.
