What a joke! The guy shows up to pick up 6 pallets and tells the shipper if he so much as touches freight its a charge cause he is no touch freight! Shows up at my establishment and again he doesnt touch wwe had to move his pallet jack and dolly to get at 6 skids which were all the way inside his 24 ft. truck.! I thought responsible for the driver to get to tailgate? he drove 37 miles got paid 275.00 that said I informed logistic company NEVER use this carrier for me and not send to others as driver called them to try to extort 50.00 if he had to touch. Which no where on BOL did it say no touch. STAY AWAY FROM THESE P>O>S !!!

They only have porto potties to use restroom and you will not get unloaded until about 11 11 30 because they have to do their truck first

Offloading is fast. Friendly and helpful warehouse staff. Never had an issue at this location.
