Mothers day experience...
Slight wait but nothing extreme.
Comfortable atmosphere and friendly/knowledgeable staff.
1st picture is Spaghetti with alfredo sauce and romano crusted chicken.
2nd picture is Spaghetti with a single meatball (not Italian sausage) with spicy sausage added.
Excellent! We will definitely be back.
Two friends and I went there on Mother's Day without a reservation. The waitresses were very accommodating and seated us in 15 minutes. We ordered one of their chicken specials, and it was excellent! The service was great and the prices were very reasonable.
I went to dine here a little over a year ago and there was one waitress working the entire restaurant and she warned me it would be a long wait due to the cook walking off the job earlier that day. We agreed to wait anyway, and the food was just awful. I felt terrible for the waitress for patrons getting mad and yelling at her due to the lack of management/ownership skills. So, we thought we would give Antone’s another chance last night. We sat down and, once again, the ONE AND ONLY waitress working the entire restaurant warned us of the long wait due to the kitchen preparing a large catering order. Again, the waitress was dealing with rude patrons due to the wait time. She was literally running herself to exhaustion. I will never return to this restaurant and they do not even deserve to open their doors each day. Where are the owners and their family members to serve the patrons food after an hour wait??? Decent food but horrible environment. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
To start its a cute warm little building. The servers were very nice, helpful, and speedy. None of which compares to the food. It was absolutely amazing! I ordered "the kitchen sink" which is a slab of fried mozzarella topped with pasta (I chose angel hair) sausage peppers and onions and a meatball. I literally cannot complain about my dish in any aspect. The Sunday sauce is one of the best sauces I've ever had. My partner had the cheesy bread bowl with gnocchi and a basil pesto Alfredo sauce. Also, cannot complain about this dish. The Alfredo was creamy and the perfect combination with the pillowy gnocchi. We were very happy with our choice of restaurant tonight and we will definitely be returning!
Oh. My. Word. This was absolutely delicious. Thank you to Burger King for having their dining room closed because that's where we were going. I had the Uncle Artie knuckle sandwich and let me tell you what - that was absolutely amazing. I had two rolls before and could only eat half my sandwich. Don't worry, it was finished off for dinner. Not quite as good but still delish. The prices were reasonable but it wouldn't really matter cause they can take my money. That was amazing! ????
My wife had a flatbread pizza which she said was good and no complaints from the munchkins on their meals. Even the Dr. Pepper was good. If you are looking for delicious food at a reasonable price and in the Boardman area, this is the place to eat. Strongly recommend!!!
This is the 3rd time we've ordered food for delivery and its been wrong and had items missing. The receipt had the correct order. We paid $23 dollars for "the kitchen sink" to get ravioli and rigatoni slopped in a bowl. Our monkey salads were not in the bag, our peppers in oil not included and then to not even answer the phone when we called twice. Left a message and asked for a return call and nothing. Awful lot of money for wrong food, missing food and to be blown off without even a return call or answer. You know how crabby you get when your family is hungry and missing their food or it's completely wrong! Will happily give our money to other restaurants and will not order from there again. Think I learned my lesson this time. I dont care who wants it, we wont order again. Wouldn't recommend.
Attempted to eat there for a second time. Being we live 10 houses down from the restaurant. After waiting for 10 minutes and standing where it says to “wait to be seated” and being walked by and completely ignored for 10 mins by EVERY EMPLOYEE including Owner. We decided to go across the street to a place we are always taken care of at. We will probably give it 1 more try before we write it off completely. All
Employees were walking around like robots that were burnt out or just didn’t care. Very strange. Don’t even say “hello” or “we will
Be right with you” when ANYONE walks in. We reallyyyy want this to be good being it’s 10 houses down the road. But we will always go where we are appreciated and acknowledged. Will chalk it up as maybe a “bad day” for employees and give it one more try.

Pretty good Italian creations. Their bread is awesome. They do all pepperoni dished well from the pizza to the knuckle sandwich which is a delicious stack of them in their wonderful bread.
However their menu is probably the biggest missed opportunity I've ever seen in the hundreds of the restaurants I've visited and reviewed. For instance my first order here was via doordash to find a menu. Upon finding abysmal descriptions, I went to their website to see if it was shortened for simple ordering. Nope. For the first time orderer how in the heck am I supposed to know what Sunday sauce, monkey salad or the many other oddball descriptions listed. Cool funny names cool, no description really? Do you want new customers?
FYI monkey salad is a small salad with tuna chunks. Glad I only spent 1$ on it since I found that out the hard way.
