Best WLM Reviews
Went across the border for walk at broad walk and ended up dining at this restaurant. I ordered smoked salmon fettuccine from the menu full of different varieties of seafood. The food, ambiance and the staff is good! It has a nice waterfront view so you can enjoy the food with nice views
We went here for my wife's birthday after not coming for quite some time. We usually head to Hearthfire instead, but she wanted seafood, so we gave it a shot. The service and restaurant atmosphere were good for an upper scale dinner place. As for the food, she had the Lobster plate, which was a good-sized lobster. It was cooked well and was good but not great. I dont think it was as good as it should be for the $75 price tag. For that cost, they can do better either on taste or the sides. I had the steak and scampi prawns. They were cooked right but severely lacking in the seasonings department. This dish was very bland, I ended up using salt to give it some flavor.
Overall, I'm not sure I would recommend going here for the price. Head over to Hearthfire, it has better food.
Had a very good lunch at Anthony's. A rich tomato tasting cioppino with salmon, cod, clams and mussels with a touch of fennel served with a true anchovy Caesar salad and fresh sour dough bread with butter and an oregano sprig. Also the blackened cod was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, served with a great tasting basmati almond parsley rice and broccolini. Very welcoming and attentive service in a great location and lovely restaurant overlooking Bellingham Marina.
Our lunch was absolutely delicious. We started with the fried calamari, it was to die for. The calamari was tender and the batter delicate. My husband had the cod and chips which he said was amazing. I had the salmon. It was phenomenal. Some of the best I have ever eaten the crème brûlée (burnt cream) was yummy too. The view was spectacular.
Traditional style seafood restaurant with fantastic view! All the seafood we tried…oysters, mussels, prawns, and sable fish were excellent! They were all fresh and cooked right. We also tried a stake and it was very good as well.
They also came in generous portion sizes and the foods in general were rich and heavy. You need to go easy on cocktails and bread if you want to last till their desserts menu!
Zero complaints. Good atmosphere, great menu, professional staff, nice to be able to see them cook. Great bartender and great food. We visit Anthony's all over and this was our favorite.
Had a wonderful family lunch here recently. The service staff was incredibly patient with making sure we all got what we wanted. Food is always exceptional and you get to take a walk down by the water when you are done! All-in-all, a GREAT experience.
As I had an extremely sore back I asked if I could have my food brought out to the curb for pickup. As usual the food was impeccable. However, what really impressed me was the personal touch both by the hostess Audrey and the bartender on duty. They went above and beyond to get my order to me in good shape and make me feel like a valued patron. This reflects very well on the management that hires and trains this level of people. This not common in these times and this organization does it well! You'll like there.
