DO NOT GO HERE THEY GAVE ME A FUNGUS!!!! My finger started to turn green on the side of my cuticle a day after going to this location. I was on vacation for three days out of town so I let it go for a day on the third day my finger was huge!! And there was green puss around it. It was so swollen I popped the green bubble and all this green puss came pouring out. My finger was then throbbing in pain. it kept growing in size and getting worse so I went to the emergency room and they gave me an anti biotic for a week and I was instructed to soak it and clean it as well.
On top of that the service there was awful, they were completely unorganized and it was pretty dirty in there.
If anything go to Luxury nail salon down the street near AC Moore and TJ maxx, there clean, the service is organized, and the staff is very friendly.
I called to ask if the did French manicure full set with pink & white acrylic. Was told on the phone that they do them, and it would be $55. Went & waited 45 minutes as they had other customers. A lady came in asking for a fill. She was told they could fit her in & magically the set I wanted they don’t do. Even though it is also listed on their board. I will never waste time or money here.
Anne Is awesome! Always does a fantastic job on my nails & brows. I wont go anywhere else ????
HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER AGAIN FOR 38$ this is not what ask for . I ask for oval shape the man did this , the nails are uneven and horrible shape . I recommend not coming here.
I gave this place 3 shots... they were okay at first, acrylics were uneven lengths, but fixed them after I asked them to. Yesterday was the 3rd try, 2 CUTS, one on my left ring finger from the file, and other on my right pointer from the drill. My left ring finger is swollen and burns. On that cut, the guy put blue liquid on it without even asking. When I complained, they spoke to each other in another language and completely dismissed me. NEVER going here again.
1st the lady was very nice. So, the pedicures were VERY basic. The nail polish was cheap and old. Overall wouldn't return because of lack of quality.
Rude owners, I was refused service and told she could not service me. Because I didn't have an appointment. When the door states that walk-ins are welcomed. There was only 1 customer inside. Disappointed to say the least.
Rude , Husband smells like smoke and sat for 20 minutes before they said no more male's per there policy . After 25 years of going there . Husband stud out side and smoked 3 cigs and Anne could not say a word. Then he told me . Wasted my time.
