Totally different experience between the two locations however equal in fun, wins, and hospitality! Daily specials are a good mix and THE place to be on Fridays for happy hour (3-7) apps and drinks all l/off

After a long day, I found this place. It was a slow Sunday afternoon, but that suited me, just fine. The bartender was friendly, welcoming, and immediately she made me feel welcome. She also took care of my food order. Best bar cheese burger I have enjoyed for a long time. Good fries, too. This feels like a nice local watering hole, and I am a first timer from Northeast Ohio. Prices are fair, and it's nothing overblown or fancy. They have gaming, but I was there for a few drinks, a bite to eat, and I will be back to Anna's, again.
Had a couple of drinks and fries with my friends on a Friday night. The bartender was very friendly and chatty. She gave us extra delicious fries and said "If it is not good, I will fry another batch right away". That is called great customer service. Highly recommend and will return soon.
Everyone was losing. Machines too tight. Won't be back for a long time. Thanks to our corrupt government and their greed for tax money. It is nearly impossible to win money on gaming machines. So I really can't blame Anna's Place for this. The place is nice and clean. The attendance that day was really nice.
Even though it was a gaming type bar/grill, we still decided to give it a try after seeing an advertisement for food and drink specials.
The establishment was not busy at all and it was lunch time on a weekday. Wait staff was friendly, but seemed to have trouble figuring out the computer system. The kitchen staff could be heard sharing their displeasure with customers trying to order food. Food was not terrible was wasn't very memorable, either. One good thing going for them is the reasonable prices.
We walked in to get drinks and when I showed my Missouri ID the bar tender asked if "I had anything to back this up"... I'm not sure of anyone who carries 2 forms of photo ID but I pulled out my veteran identification card and she still wouldn't let me drink. I'm not sure if it was racial profiling but she was rude so we left. Don't waste your time here.
Always a warm welcome and some nice specials. They dont always seem like they're prepared for the restaurant side, though. When they are, the food is good. Very nicely remodeled & plenty of tvs to watch sports.
