The lady who does eyebrows I believe may be the owner of the shop is horrible! Her attitude is disgusting! The customer service at the shop is the worst I have ever seen. I went there to get a broken nail fixed and she was so upset that my nail was broken and one of my other nails was missing a stone due to her employee not doing a good job in the first place. As she was repairing the broken nail she was very ruff and did a horrible job applying the stone back on the nail. You can see all the glue that dried on the nail, I was barely able to see the stones. I told her to fix it, I am paying my money not for a sloppy service. She got even more upset and started speaking her language louder and louder. She eventually fixed it horribly, I threw the money on the counter and walked out. I will never come back to this horrible shop. I only come because they are my back up shop when my regular salon is busy. They do not provide great work for their customer service to be this horrible. I highly do not recommend this shop and do not recommend the owner to do your nails!!!! I would rate this shop a Zero if that was available.
Always a pleasure to have my nails and toes done they always make me feel like family. I moved out of state to DC 7 months ago. Came down the otherday preparing for my graduation,I stopped by to get my pedicure and manicure done they had so much joy to see me. Everytime I'm in town I will continue to go there as you don't find many places that treat you as family.

Went and got my eyebrows waxed and tinted. The cost was $22, and i paid with my credit card...i didnt check my receipt until weeks later while cleaning my car. Why did this lady add a $5 tip for herself without asking me?

I actually will never go anywhere else to do my nails. I’m always welcomed here by name. They have a large selection of polishes, designs, techs, etc. The owner is what I would refer to as a friend. I absolutely love Angel nails. I cannot recommend them enough and if I’m out of town I will wait to get back home just to come here. I always have full service here. Nails toes brows lashes etc. I am a loyal customer and always will be. Thank you for existing Angel Nails. Lol

Do NOT GO HERE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DENIED ME SERVICE BECAUSE I WANTED A POLISH CHANGE BUT WASN’T SERVICED AT THEIR SHOP INITIALLY BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND COMPLETELY DENIED MY SERVICE. BY THE WAY VEEY UNSANITARY ROOF LEAKAGE AND HUGE BUGS FLYING EVERYWHERE IN THE STORE. THIS PLACE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS‼️
The lady that does the eyebrows I think is the owner, her attitude is disgusting & appalling. I told them I wanted to soak off my nails, sat me down with this girl who starts to take them off and then breaks my nail to the point where I start bleeding and then she tells me it was already broken. The guy that did not my pedicure speak no English. I’m telling him not too short and he still cutting. He cut it to the flesh, then the owner comes to me and tells me that is because my nail was broken so he had to cut it down. Plus they have no dryer so if you get regular polish you have no way to dry your nails. They polish then you’re out the door.
I wish BLACK PEOPLE would wake the hell up and stop supporting these people and their establishment. They don't like us.The trashy ones who do eyebrows is so hateful.Black people stop giving these people your money!!! STOP IT!!! Y'all deserve zero star
