Took myself on a self-care date & I received impeccable service! Much better than the last salon I went to all the way around. Friendly staff, great work, no cuts or knicks, didn't feel pressured into any upgrades and got exactly what I asked for. I have been going to angel nails for quite awhile now. Lena does great work and up for new designs. All the ladies are very nice and attentive. I've had other do my nails as well when Lena was unavailable and they didn't disappoint. I highly recommend

I went for a pedicure before leave for my vacation and the pedicurist cut too deep by my big toe. It is now red, painful, has a red bubble of blood, it has pus and I can't walk nor wear close toes shoes. I m literally limping. She completely ruined my trip. When I was about to pay the cashier even asked me for the tip (that s a rude thing though). The day after I called to let them know and ask her if she knew any remedies, any medicine to apply to the toe, how take care of it to avoid a worse infection and she was rude, didn't care at all and didn't even offer any type of apologies. She was so careless i never been mistreated like that. This is not the way to run a business, I hope I don't get a worse infection!! Don't go to this place, for the price they charged you can find better.
My sister found Angel Nails on FB, we live in Ramona so I was hesitant to take a drive down to Kearny Mesa for a new place but I AM SO GLAD I DID! Kim did my nails, I showed her a pic of what i wanted and she made recommendations and my nails turned out better than what I imagined! She was so sweet too! I've already made my next appointment with her in two weeks and will continue to go from now on.
I walked-in for a quick holiday manicure. Kathy did a gel manicure on my natural short nails and it was amazing! She was careful, professional, and quick. It was exactly what I wanted. I had a slight hangnail and she was very careful with it and helped clean it up as it heals. I asked for a silver accent nail and she added some fun rainbow sparkle, it was perfect and she used good intuition to do it. The ship was busy, but not overly loud or anything. Everyone was in good spirits and I enjoyed my visit. Thank you Angel Nails & Kathy!
I've read the Yelp reviews but insisted on giving them a try since I'm from out of town and I don't regret it I just don't like my nails, I had my intentions set from what I saw off IG. Tim did my nails and I'm not sure who did my pedicure but she did a good job. I like my nails flat and not humped or thick since I have a wide nail bed but it doesn't mean I want them any kind of way. He asked if I liked and I told him "no" and he fixed it to the best of his ability and it turned out cute just didn't feel like staying to get them to look a way in my head and would've walked out mad but I am okay with it. Just didn't look how his other work looked.
