They never disappoint. Food always prepared fresh.
I ordered 30 shrimp the other day n i end up with Shrimp that was overcooked rubbery and dry. The first time. I ever had bad food from them. I must say and I asked for hot honey garlic on my fries and my shrimp and they missed that it will be a while before I go back to that restaurant. I don't know what was going on. Is it under new management new people, but that was disgusting? And I was too far to turn back.
Do better with your customer service.
This is cool for quick food however yelling at the customers through the drive thru will have you losing business every time. You think I’m going to pay you to yell at me and give me some over done chicken…. No sir
Okay guys. Buckle in for this one. FIRST OFF, I wasn't even going to order from here! I work next door and was walking to my car to go drive someplace else but when I tell you the smell caught my attention, it smelled so good outside it literally took a hold of my body and dragged me up inside this place. Thank God too because this food was DELICIOUS.
I ordered the pick 2 special for $12.99 and got a hot, juicy, amazing philly cheese steak sandwich and a 1/2 pound of chicken tenders with fries. It was a LOT of food. Huge portions. The chicken tenders was crispy and juicy and not overcooked, the fries were crunchy and potatoey, and the sweet chili sauce is super good for dipping. The carrot cake is exquisite, and everything is so beyond worth the price! Not to mention they're open until crazy late each night! I can't thank Lorie my cashier enough either, she was super helpful, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations, not to mention double checking my food to make sure the seasoning was on point and everything was there. This is a great place that I never would have normally gone, and am so glad I did. I'll be back! Thank you ladies xoxo
This place is questionable dinning room needs cleaning good cleaning not a hit and miss cleaning so do the bathrooms top to bottom clean and the next is the overhaul of the true meaning of good customer service and the way to talk to customer
That food was soooo freaking good. I ate all 30 shrimps and cheese fries. Everything was fresh and good and whoever took the order at the window was super funny and cool.
Food was good wing a little on the dry side tho but shrimp and fries where on point
