Andy works on my mercedes for great prices and knowledge on what to actually repair, and not to repair.
the shop is just an 3 person shop, 2 mechanics and 1 desk.
stop expecting to be charged significantly less than mercedes dealership, but expecting the same kind of service timeline, especially for major repairs, unless an easy job like Oil Changes and maintenance work!
The most disgusting mechanic ever. I communicated with Andy regarding prices 3 days ago. I called him the day of my appointment to confirm if he was there so I could get my auxiliary battery replaced. He informed me that he is leaving the shop and could replace it tomorrow. I told him I was no longer interested since technically I was at another popular shop getting quotes for another service and they could simply replace the battery as well. He persuaded me to leave the shop that I was at which was 30 minutes away to get my auxiliary battery replaced at HIS shop. He said he would arrive at 5pm because he has to retrieve the battery from the dealership. I texted him when I arrived. No response. I then called. He stated that he is 1 hour away and that he can do it next week. This man literally made me drive 30 minutes just to tell me that he could do it next week instead. I am literally disgusted at the lack of consideration. Horrible customer service. Do not waste your time nor energy!
This man is a liar and theft. Doesn’t made any sense how he just jumps back and front about issues with my car. My gas level was not working. My car would not cranked. I told him everything that was all replaced. Battery, computer module. It’s short circuit to the fuel ⛽️ pump. This man took my brand new out put one of his batteries he had at his shop. He lied about replacing things on invoice and charged me $5,000.00. The fuel level is till not working. When my wife went to pick up the car he didn’t even show his face and won’t response to my text or calls. What a scammer and liar stay away from place all together. Pure evil. ????
BEWARE: DISHONESTY, SCAM & BORDERLINE THEFT.
I brought my Mercedes to fix its horn and windshield trim.
On my first visit, he charged me $70 but couldn't get it done. He asked me to come back later. I must've went back atleast 3 more times, all he worked on was excuses. He didn't do any work and sent me back.
I know he won't do anything but waste my time. He also refused a refund. He basically made money for nothing, and wasted my week. He's either lazy or a scam artist.
I love this company, Andy is one of the most kindest men Texas has in business, He went above and beyond on a job for us and even offered to stay later just to accommodate us..
Thanks Andy you are a true Texas gentleman.. and a great business owner who needs a dealer when we have him.. our Benes will always be in his hands..

Firstly, it is not true that Andy’s Mercedes charges higher than dealer prices. I saw the reviewing stating that he does before going to Andy’s Mercedes about two years ago. I have fixed my car several times at this location and my experience disproves that review.
Secondly, I can count on experience, honesty, and quality customer service at Andy’s.
Needed a vehicle decided to try performance car.I had purchased a used Mercedes in October. Four days after purchasing it I Decided to take it in for a thorough check. I’d purchased the car from a private dealer who told me he’d checked it. (Lies) Andy’s diagnosis and his checking save my life and pocket. I had been driving this vehicle over 22 miles into Houston with a rear tire that was shredded on the opposite side of the tire so it was visible to view, front tire arms were bad and exhaust had sand in the filter. Things a dealership would have fixed before sending it out. Thanks Andy’s Mercedes.
Have been bringing my 85 300D to Andy for over 5 years. He is knowledgeable and honest. Let's me stay and watch repairs if I want to. Gets me good used parts when possible. Gives me a ride and picks me up. All his repairs have lasted. Only one time he guessed wrong, replaced a part that was not damaged, and when I went back, he replaced the other broken part at no cost.
