I can see why Andee's has such great reviews. He was amazing. I went to literally 4 to 5 auto repair shops before Andee's and it felt like I kept getting the run around. Wait times to even get my car in was a week, prices were insane, and customer service was horrible. Thank God I found Andee. I gave him my car at 230pm. He said it wld take 2 hours and he was calling me by 430. Truck is fixed, fair price and quick service. I HIGHLY recommend and customer service is A+. If I could of gave 6 stars I would. I will def be coming back.
Andy has been my mechanic for years, and I have always had a thoroughly pleasant and satisfactory experience with his shop. Prior to finding Andy's Garage, I was taking my car to dishonest repair shops that overcharged. Because of this, I was set on finding a reliable locally owned shop. Today was my first experience bringing my car Andy's Garage, and I was very impressed. Andy was honest, trustworthy, and efficient. I will definitely be taking my car here again, and will recommend to family members and friends!
Andy and his team takes care of his customers 100%. He and his team are very nice, thorough and make sure you are driving a safe vehicle. They go the extra mile in emergencies or any vehicle situation keeping you informed when it comes to repairing your vehicle. They work on foreign and domestic cars/trucks. We've been taking our vehicles to Andy for repairs and regularly scheduled maintenance for over 15 years. Andy and his staff are courteous and treat every vehicle like it is their own personal vehicle. Andy takes the time to explain what needs to be done for repairs and what to expect in the near future based on the vehicle's current condition and maintenance schedule. He lets you know if something needs immediate attention or if it can wait until the next scheduled maintenance visit, which is very helpful when budgeting for expected maintenance expenses. The prices are fair and the service is excellent at Andy's garage.
Additional Comment - Our son who goes to college 3 hours from home recently had some major issues with his car and a dealership near the campus gave him an estimate of $4500 to do the repairs. When I spoke with Andy about what needed to be done to the car, he offered to try to find used parts where applicable and new parts for those that should be replaced with only new parts. We towed the car from the campus to Andy's Garage and he was able to repair the car for about half the price and finish the work in just a few days. Thanks Andy, Angel and Felix
We've been taking our vehicles to Andy's Garage for repairs, regularly maintenance and for just general questions about our vehicles for as long as I can remember. Andy and his personnel are very knowledgeable and courteous and if Andy thinks the work will be covered under warranty, he'll let me know. Andy will get my OK with what needs to be done and what should be done before he'll do the work. If I have any questions about the work, he'll takes the time to explain why it needs done and what the impact will be if it's not done. Overall I trust Andy and his staff with any repairs that need done and wouldn't think of going any place else and if for some reason the repair was not done right the first time, Andy will do whatever it takes to make it right.
Andy and his team of professionals are courteous, honest and very knowledgeable when diagnosing your car's problem. They perform timely repairs with great quality and at an affordable price. Simply put, you can trust your car to Andy's Garage. Thanks Andy for our great relationship over the years.
Andy's Garage has been my choice for over four years! They have great service and being a woman they always give me good advice to keep my cars running.
