Please be advised, this place cannot solve any real problem with your car. The staff seems to rely on outdated methods reminiscent of post-Soviet practices, resorting to criticism rather than providing proper solutions. Despite assuring me that my problem was easy to fix, their attempts only worsened the issue, leaving it unresolved. To compound matters, they still charged me for their unsuccessful efforts. Upon seeking a second opinion from another mechanic, it was discovered that a piece of metal had been left in the engine due to the previous mechanic's improper use of a drill bit during a part replacement. This unprofessionally and is simply unacceptable. The staff should have acted responsibly and informed me of any complications. Instead, they returned my car to me without any explanation or demonstration of the work performed. This experience left me feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. I strongly advise others to avoid this place to prevent wasting your money, time, and emotions.
The only shop in Brooklyn where you can get your car fixed at unbeatable prices and all of the workers are honest hard working people. They don’t trick you into giving more money. They are all professionals who know what they are doing. Alex is the owner one of the most generous and outstanding person you will ever be lucky to meet or do business with. ????????????????????????????????
Gary always make sure my car is in tip top condition, waiting time is not long and they very prompt with everything. They not some scams trying to take your hard earn cash. They get the job done at a reasonable price.
I come to this shop for several years. As far as it was a simple repair, it was OK. As soon as it started to be more complicated, I got problems. First of all, they couldn't find a reason why my check engine light was on. I had to go to Google and find this reason by myself. Secondary, after my last coming to them, my manual brake stopped working; I came to them again with this problem, but they actually refused to help me, starting telling some B.S such as: "Why do you need it"? and "we don't remember what repair we did". I called to their boss, Alex, later on, but actually got the same answer. Yes, their prices are cheap, but they never give you a receipt with the list of jobs they did, so, you don't have any proof in cases like mine. I am very disappointed with my last experience, and, of course, I will never come to this shop again.
I really like this shop, I always do my state inspection here and even though they are busy on the weekends - they have very good customer service. I never had a major issue but they are great with all the minor things I needed for my car (installing license plate bracket).
Would not trust to go anywhere else ever!!!! Once i needed some serious work done to my car, I went to some location which said the work will be 2800.00 my dad told me go to gray! So I said fine i will go! Long story short the work came out to 850.00 !!!!!!! Haven’t been to any other mechanic since!
one of worst shops in gravesend area. please stay away if you value your time. they did my alignment wrong payed them, but i came back they kept refusing me to and told me to come back every time i came back. They don’t take responsibility for their bad work.
