Tiffany was amazing with my 8 year old. She squeezed her in and was so patient with me. I was late mainly because I just had a new baby and she was so sweet and understanding. She did a blow out on my daughter’s hair and straightened for her dance recital and even did the hair style for me. She was very patient. I will be going back and taking my other child and myself. Highly recommend the salon to anyone. They are very natural hair friendly as well.
What can I say about Ms. Sharon and her beautiful staff! She is an amazing woman of God and I love her dearly! I came in with a friend after a minor conflict, and the resolve was simply righteousness. She was so warm and loving, and even allowed me to be a part of the experience! She is truly the best, and her hands are too gifted! If you’re in the Charlotte area and need a good hair experience and good energy, book with them!
My hair was really damage. I went to Amirror Hair not knowing what to expect "Shay" made it happen. Low cut, natrual and very easy to manage. Love it, so many compliments. Yes I'm going back
My first time coming I actually called at the last minute. Shay was my stylist she did a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend this salon. All the hair stylist here from what i see are very professional and educated. I will definitely be back!
What amazing experience, very professional. I went in for a Lace front consultation and made an appointment with Shay soon after. At my appointment I felt very welcomed, and received the best Lace Front Sew in ever. It’s been over three weeks and it’s looking fresh as if I just got it done, my lace is still melted. I highly recommend this Salon to all my family and friends.
Unfortunately won't return.. nice people however my stylist should only do older clients no young ones.
For starters I was asked to cumb my own hair out after I had taken my braids out I needed conditioner but I didn't say anything. After taking my hair out it was soft as it always is no matter how much color I have put in my hair because I've done every color but yellow. She cut my hair before she washed it meaning my hair was not at its true length so I was like huh in my head but still trying to trust the process. the shampoo she used I felt my hair getting hard like a brillo pad , then the conditioner didn't do much , when I was done with the wash, she was so rough on my head pulling my hair while combing it and blowing it the blow dryer fell on my head no apology just kept going like it was nothing , then she fried my hair burning my hair with a flat iron and hot comb I haven't used a hot comb on my hair since I was 10 years old the only thing my hair smelled like for days after was burning my man even asked who did ur hair it smell burnt. I agreed , she burned my hair my head my ear, and when she was curling my hair it looked horrible I was so ready to just go at this point I wanted a certain style that she clearly couldn't do my thing I don't like about some stylist is instead of saying u can do it say no , stop being money hungry cause I clearly wasted 100 on something my 12 year old daughter could have done to my hair , now that the curling are gone of course my hair is cut uneven ,why u may ask is because she cut it before washing it and letting it come to its true length.
Oh well u got ur 100 out of me first and only time . Be blessed and stop lying to clients on what u can do cause this style you couldn't. And don't blame anything on my hair being dry cause I am mixed and I have great soft hair all the time til I went to you.
I didn’t have a locked appointment today and showed up anyway (hopeful) & Shay honored it. Keera came in to work some ????✨magic ✨on my rats nest before an upcoming event. I wanted to get a keratin treatment, which Amirror no longer offers, but holy smokes - the wash, deep condition and time/effort Keera put into my natural hair made it soft and silky (straightened) - better than the results from any keratin treatment I’ve ever had. And let me tell y’all… I got EDUCATED today. All for less than what I would’ve expected to pay for what I originally thought I wanted.
Hard working and friendly team, will definitely go back. Excited to get some curl management lessons down the road, too.

If I could give a 0 star I would! I come in hoping to start off my natural hair on a good start after taking out a protective style. The owner Sharon did my hair and completely ruined my hair. I had called and asked for my hair to be washed and trim the dead ends. Never asked for a treatment nor did she recommend one. After calling to tell her that she completely ruined my hair, she proceeds to scream at me telling me that my hair was damaged before I came in. That she “remembered”. My hair came to her needing washed after taking out braids and was perfectly fine. My last trim was at the end of summer which I stated. She refused to take ownership for the damage and hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. Never did I raise my voice once because I am so distraught. My hair was not heat damaged and falling out. My hair was not in a tangled mess. Even told her at the beginning that I avoid putting too much heat on my hair. My hair was falling out from the heat damage. Was sizzling while she was straightening it. My hair smelt like burnt hair. Laid in bed with hair falling out. Will never ever go again. She knows she put way to much heat on my hair and she should have the knowledge as an owner of a hair business to protect clients hair. She used a flat iron and a hot comb on my hair in multiple passes. Completely disgusted. Do not apologize online to look better when you can not be professional on the phone. As a college student you did not save me from anything. You overcharged me and ruined years of work.
