Went to get my hair braided by a certain person and was handed off to another. The person who braided my hair didn't do the style that I wanted did something else and then braided my hair the way she knew she wasn't supposed to and 3 days later my hair started coming out I went back to have the braids reattached . All in all my hair should have lasted at least 3 months maybe 4 and I paid $180 for something that only lasted a month and made my hair come out in patches I would never ever use this place again or recommend
The braids look good but not what I asked for. She assured me she could do it. Anywho that wasn't the icing on the cake I should of ran from the beginning. First the guy comes and let me in with his boxer on. I walk in and it's a whole slumber party in the living room mattress on the floor people everywhere. Next you have to take off your shoes which I'm ok with but for what this carpet is filthy. (Thank goodness I wore socks). Next she's not even there she comes in and she talking on the phone. She talks 3 hours straight. The other person had to only be listening because it wasn't a pause in the talking. Then here comes the smacking in my ear. The chair had no arms. No tv on for hours and we it was cut on it was africian. So after listening to 3 hours of her talking now I had to listening to this TV. Shouldn't u be making your customer comfortable? Look if u want the slums go but I won't be returning
amazing service! I’ve been going to Olivia since a little girl, about 9+ years and has never disappointed me. If I came to her with a hairstyle that she couldn’t do, she always found a way to make sure I left with a smile on my face! She’s very skilled in what she does and leaves me feeling beautiful every time she does my hair. I recently got some blonde knotless box braids and I am in love!!! I’m in and out in no time but she takes her time, regardless I leave a very satisfied customer. I definitely recommend! ;)
She is THE BEST! I’ve been letting her braid my hair since 2018 & every style she’s done for me was Top Tier. Her and her sisters are fast and it’s worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed. Book with my GIRL ????????

First I got there on time and the lady had double booked herself and told me to come back 5 hours later. Then when I actually start getting my hair done, it was very poor quality, it wasn't what I asked for and the lady told me that it would last two months, and day one had a good few centimeters of my hair poking out of the sides of the braids . By day 4, my braids looked like they'd been in for weeks even after I had been taking meticulous care of them. I will not be returning, I am very unhappy with the service I was given.
She is top tierr her work is untouchable I was truly pleased with her work and I will be going back forsure she was a vibe she has a beautiful aura ????????????????????????????????
